This was a fantastic stay. You can easily see the waves from the cottage. The access to the beach was from the back yard and was fairly level sandy ground. The beach extended a long distance in both directions and was easy to walk on. The cottage was very clean and well equipped. Perfect place for my dog and me.

Great Weekend Getaway

Very nice pictures don’t do it justice

Very nice property and a wonderful stay. Great beach access and clean updated home. It is a duplex so sometimes neighbors above could get a bit noisy but overall a great stay we would do it again.

Great Location

Location is Great. Nice houses. Everyone around is super friendly. This is my 2nd time staying here. Dog friendly. I love this spot. Just a few minutes to town.

Our family has stayed in many properties on the Oregon Coast. We chose this property because my daughter has a dog that we needed to bring on the trip. I loved this property and would stay there again anytime!

Clean, comfortable, and close to the beach!

This was a wonderful dog-friendly place for my family to stay at the coast for the weekend. Clean and well stocked. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Beautiful views of the ocean and close to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Saunderling Cottage

We had a wonderful stay. The beach is about 50 yards away. Newport, Yachats and Florence are not far to drive. Loved this little town.

30 year Anniversary

It was the perfect place to spend a long weekend to celebrate our 30 year Anniversary. The house is super cute and the access to the beach was easy. I'm not sure you could get the house closer to the beach. We will likely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful cottage and perfect location!

We loved our stay here. It was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. the location was perfect. We loved being right there on the beach and we were close to Yachats and Waldport. We even took a jaunt to Newport. My girls were ready to move in. We will be back again!

Often we look to go to the coast to do a lot of beach, walks and enjoy being out on the sand. This time our visit was so different. The weather was not the best, but being in this cottage was wonderful! Very clean very comfortable we brought all we needed, and they had the rest!

Sister/Brother vacation

My brother and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was great as we did some hiking in Waldport and Yachats. Having the ocean right outside our back porch door with access to the beach for our morning and evening walks was a plus. Weather was great and the sunsets were stunning! The two bedroom house met all our needs. If I didn’t live so far away (Minnesota) I would stay here again.

Very nice updated ocean front property

This condo is very nicely updated in a beautiful oceanfront setting. A garbarge disposal would be a good addition to the property. If there are guests in the upstairs unit you can hear their footsteps. Overall a great location & a very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful beach front house

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful and comfortable beachfront unit. The location and views were stunning. I took one star off because the unit wasn't well-cleaned before our arrival (we found hair and sand on the floors and there were left-over coffee grounds in the coffee pot.) Even so, we would likely stay again for the easy access to the beach, the amazing views, and the beautiful porch and functional layout.

Easy walk to beach...

The unit is nicely decorated and outfitted. The view from the deck isn't as nice as the upstairs unit, but it is super easy to just walk out the back door to the beach. Parking was easy. This is a good way to get away from the city, but if you need to get something at the grocery store, it is a short drive away.

Nice until upstairs guests arrived...

Very clean, new, and comfortable rental. Location was nice, right on the beach, pet friendly, we were quite excited and the first few hours were great! Then the guests staying upstairs arrived. Every step sounded like a group of Irish dancing was occurring. We felt lucky they were not night owls, so overall it was not a one-star stay, but we would never stay in this particular unit again, unless we got the upstairs unit.
