Leech Lake/ Kabekona Bay Cabin<br>

  • Great opportunity to get on Leech Lake and enjoy picturesque panoramic views of Kabekona Bay. Charming seasonal cabin located on coveted, quiet Kabekona Bay on Leech Lake. Three Bed, one bath, Up North cabin with a gentle evelation to lake frontage makes for amazing lake views. Enjoy the lakeside screened gazebo that is located a few feet from the waters edge. Cabin is conveniently located 5 minutes from Walker and just off the Paul Bunyan Trails which offers 120 miles of paved trails for biking and walking! The cabin driveway is somewhat steep, and there’s 2 boat ramps, one is walkable from the cabin, the other ramp is for larger boats 10 mins. away (off hwy. 371). Please disgard all fish guts and any fishey etc. at the City of Walker Park / fish station (brick building).
    ***Since COVID-19, I’ve adjusted accordingly, please BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS AND BED BLANKETS.

Great get away

It was an amazing place to stay not to large very quite neighbor hood. Nice clear water place for the kids to swim and able to watch.

Cozy cabin

This cabin was perfect for a few friends to get together. It was super clean and very cozy with the fireplace. The water view was beautiful as well! We very much enjoyed our stay!

Little slice of heaven

We love staying at Diane's place on Kabakona Bay. It is a very welcoming and cozy cabin right on the lake. It is fully fenced so our pups can enjoy the outdoors. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We will see you next year!

Great cabin and yard!

Very clean cute cabin. Great fenced yard beautiful quiet bay with access to the bigger lake. Also Walker is cute town with coffee shops and restaurants and grocery store right in town so can shop when you get up there. Diane was wonderful host and very responsive!

Our time at this property was fantastic. Fishing, tubing and skiing filled our days. Campfires, s’mores and stories consumed the evenings along with the ever present call of the loons. A clean and comfortable cabin was the centerpiece of a great vacation!

Great Cabin

Great experience with this property and owner. Everything was as advertised and communication with owner was excellent. Teenage son and I were in the area to relax and do a few fishing trips...this place was perfect for both! Highly recommend and would 100% book again in the future!

Labor Day weekend

Cozy, well kept property in a great location. A close drive to town (Walker) if needed and only 400 ft away from the Paul Bunyan trail. Diane was a wonderful host and was quick to answer any questions we may have had. We would definitely recommend it and will stay again in the future!!

Walker has been my second home since childhood. This place brought back all my memories. Everything we needed was there. The cabin and property was extremely clean. The property is beautiful overlooking the bay. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Perfect fall weekend

Very clean, cute, cozy cabin. Set up perfectly so that we could bring our dog along and not have to kennel him! The fire pit was all set up for us to enjoy a fire near the lake. Great dock of you have a boat. Lake views were excellent to see all the fall colors.

Family vacation

Fabulous stay for our family. Excellent location, close to town and other attractions if looking for other activities. Screened in gazebo was perfect to get away from bugs when needed. Nice yard, quiet neighborhood. Cabin had everything we needed including beach towels. Driveway was very steep…tricky for a boat trailer. Overall a great place to stay.

This is the 2nd time renting this property. We just love it. Diane does a fantastic job communicating & is very welcoming. Nice gazebo with lake views. We enjoy the access to Leech Lake by boat. Will be coming back for sure!

Excellent Cabin on Kebakona Bay

My family with two young sons and a dog had a great week-long stay at this property. The lake was wonderful or swimming. The cabin had everything needed and the communication with the owner was superb. The location was great and close to Walker, MN. The Paul Bunyan rec trail is closely situated to the property. The area was quiet and private. We all enjoyed our stay.

Great lake cabin

The property is clean and the yard/dock are great. The house is old but the beds are comfortable and everything works. The only real complain I have is the lack of blankets makes it harder traveling from out of state. Would stay again for sure. Wo
