Acogedora casa del lago Koontz justo en el agua, a 30 minutos de Notre Dame

Gran propiedad para los fines de semana de Notre Dame, a unos 30 minutos de 🍀 ND. La sala de estar y la cocina de concepto abierto cuenta con mesa de comedor para 8 personas. Las puertas correderas se abren a una gran terraza con muebles y parrilla de gas. Nuevo muelle grande con asientos y mesa. Al lado del puerto deportivo y el lanzamiento del barco. Nadar en los pasos del lago de fondo arenoso desde la cubierta. Muy familiar, te divertirás mucho. Gran lago de pesca también !!

We enjoyed our stay on the water at Koontz Lake! The house is a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. It had everything we needed.

Fun on the lake!

The house had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing weekend. Enjoyed the nostalgia of being on the lake growing up, and the neighbors were very welcoming.

Lovely weekend away

Absolutely lovely time in this wonderful property. Arrangements were easy and the stay was very peaceful. The home is very comfortable, bright and had tons of upgrades. Would highly recommend this home for your getaway!

Lakeside calm

Very nice older 2&2. We have stayed here before and like it very much. A peaceful hour in the fishing chairs at the end of the dock are great place to kick back.

Short Getaway

Stayed two nights for my brother's 60th birthday. Having our own place was much more convenient. The cottage was... clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Would rent again.

Enjoyed our stay!

My family including my husband, two daughters (5 and 8), and my mom and sister all had an enjoyable stay at the cottage. We enjoyed the fireworks display from the deck, and the parade in a nearby town. It was relaxing and fun!

Ladies Retreat!

The house was just the right size and accessible for older adults. It was clean and had all the necessary amenities. It's a nice size lake, the water is shallow by the pier so you can swim and float. We even rented a pontoon!

Lovely get away

Love staying at this home. It was our 2nd Labor Day weekend here. It is always clean and comfortable. Location is great providing privacy but close to whatever you may need. Wonderful owners with great communication. Look forward to our next visit.

It was an okay place and the owner was accommodating, but for the amount of money we had to spend, we thought it should be more high end. We have stayed in several other places that were a lot nicer for less money.

NJCAA Division II National Championship

Our son played in the Junior College National Championship at the Swan Lake Golf Resort. This property was just 5 minutes from the course. It was so nice to come back to the lake house and relax after a long day of golf.

Hometown visit

My husband grew up on Koontz lake. It was our first time visiting in twenty years and bringing our daughter. She had never seen the lake or area that her Dad grew up. Perfect location and beautiful lake views. We enjoyed a meal on the deck and night and coffee in the morning.

Second stay better than first

This was our second year to stay. Friendly neighbors, quiet lake front. Clean home. Deck bbq’s are the best. Host has always been available for any and all questions. Planning to return in 2024!

I will say this first, that the view of the lake was beautiful from the deck. The place needs to be updated. The neighbor is right on top of you, which wouldn't of been bad, but after the second night around 5pm of the blasting music, I decided to complain to the owner of this VRBO, and the music stopped. Also, there is only one full bath and that caused a problem for four people. One TV in the living room and the Window Unit in the main living area has rags pushed around the window, with buckets collecting the water. We were very disappointed for the money we paid and I have learned from this experience to ask the owner questions before it's too late. I've written to VRBO and never heard back.

Family getaway

We usually go to Florida every summer for our family vacation but due to me being in a really bad car accident a few months ago we decided to do something within driving distance. I thought a house on the lake was just what we needed, and I was right! It's very peaceful and allowed us to get some quality time together. There's not much to do around there but honestly I think that helped with family bonding time. If we decide to do something like this again I'd definitely book here again! Only regret, Tuesday - Saturday wasn't enough, I wish I would've booked a whole week!
