The apartment is very comfortable with easy access to Main Street as well as private parking for our car. We’ve stayed here many times and plan to return in a few months.

Excellent stay

We had a very comfortable stay, great furnishings, and right on Main ST. Close to shops and great restaurants. We’ve stayed here before multiple times and will again when we return Highly Recommended

Labor Day Weekend

Great stay in Walla Walla. Enjoyed the Frontier Day parade just a block away. Convenient and relaxing location -- we walked to breakfast and dinner every night.

Great location, cool vintage apartment

The space was very spacious and located in a convenient part of town, making the whole day walkable. Very nice furnishings (VERY soft bed) with a somewhat dated bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location with parking!

This is one of my favorite places to stay in Walla Walla! You cannot beat the location and comfort of this comfortable apartment. I will definitely be back soon.

Great location

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hungate! We parked our car and walked to wine tasting, dining, and shopping in Walla Walla! Accommodations were spacious and comfortable!

Great Experience!

Our stay was great. Very clean. Location was amazing. Walking distance to mostly everything in town. We only had a small hiccup at check-in, but even with the Host being out of country, we managed to get it all worked out. We will be back to stay very soon!

Excellent accommodation

Property is very clean, central to shopping, restaurants and wine tasting rooms. Big bathroom and full size laundry area. Great desk for working on my laptop. Nicely stocked kitchen. This was my second time in this particular suite and have stayed in others within the building and all are very comfortable. Parking spaces are reserved for guests and very near the entrance. We will be back soon.

Convenient Downtown Location

Spacious, nicely furnished. Very convenient downtown location with private, off street parking spot. Check in process was very simple. Manager provided a bottle of very nice red wine as a welcome gift.

We loved staying in this beautiful downtown space!

My husband and I stayed here while visit g our daughter at Whitman. It was lovely! It is right downtown-we could walk to dinner and shopping. We really didn’t need to rent a car as the property is one block from Safeway. We loved the kitchen, the jacuzzi, the huge windows and ceilings and the afternoon light.

Great location

Great location if you're going to be in Walla Walla. Traci and Carl were great to communicate with and made things go very smoothly. Carl was even on-site to keep our parking space available during a busy weekend. Parking is at a premium in downtown WW, so we appreciated it very much. Very thoughtful amenities.

A must stay

LOVED this Vrbo. Beautiful architecture and heavenly bed. Enjoyed this place immensely. Fan in the bedroom was a bit wobbly and made some noise upon rotation. Cool yellow couch different than in photos yet was comfortable. I enjoyed seeing the plant for purchase and also think more plant would liven some corners. Overall- super pleased to have stayed and would stay again.

Very nice stay at Hungate

We were here for two nights as we were enjoying wineries and tasting rooms around Walla Walla. Location is great. Many restaurants and tasting rooms within walking distance. Traci communicated well, and we had no issues parking or "checking in". As noted in other reviews, this is on a busy street and above a restaurant / bar. The bad was very good one evening, and stopped playing around 11 pm. We'd stay here again.

Everything was fine with the exception of no parking space available for us when we returned to The Hungate after 9 pm. We parked in another reserved space, but were very stressed that our car would be towed.

Great location

The location was awesome - right on Main street. We were there on 2 weekday nights, so I imagine that it might get loud on the weekends. But the owner supplied ear plugs and eye masks in case you need them. Everything was great and as advertised, except the couch. The couch in the photos here is not the one currently there - the current one is a standard 2-3 person couch with one separate chair. Not the most comfortable couch and chair in the world, but ultimately it was fine.

Frustrating check in process

I had to escalate to Vrbo to get host to provide check in details as the host shared nothing despite me reaching out prior. Not until 2 hours prior to arrival did I first hear back. The facility was nice, although the noise from the street a bit loud at times. The TV disconnected a few times but was being fixed upon departure

Great Stay in Walla Walla

Great 1bd apartment right in downtown Walla Walla. Walking distance to many awesome restaurants and tasting rooms, very close to grocery store as well for any staples. Apartment was well stocked with everything we needed.
