Come enjoy the fall colors!

  • La Casa de Alquiler de la Granja Powell está ubicada en las Montañas Humeantes en una granja que ha estado produciendo en la agricultura desde 1879. Con una hermosa vista a la montaña y una ubicación muy tranquila y apartada, de seguro disfrutará su escapada a las Montañas Humeantes. La casa está a solo 15-20 minutos de Townsend, TN y a 30-45 minutos de Gatlinburg y Pigeon Forge. Hay 4 habitaciones, una principal que tiene una cama queen size y baño y otras tres habitaciones que tienen camas queen size. También hay un sofá cama Queen ubicado en la terraza acristalada, una cama doble y una cuna en la planta baja del estudio. La sala de sol tiene una gran mesa de comedor y 3 sofás que la convierten en una gran sala de televisión y tiene increíbles vistas a las montañas. Desde la terraza acristalada se accede a la piscina privada de 18'x36 '. Disfrute de la tranquilidad de la mañana y del café y las cenas en las 2 mesas con sombrillas. Nuestra casa tiene televisión por cable e internet inalámbrico.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The pool was a huge hit and provided hours of entertainment. The location was perfect—close enough to enjoy all the attractions in Pigeon Forge while still feeling peaceful and private. The views were beautiful, and the property had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in was easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Smoky Mountains

Perfect for a family

Smokys Getaway

This is our second time staying here. Perfect location between Townsend, Maryville and the Tail of the Dragon. The pool and views make this house. Amy is a great host and we’ll definitely be back.

Smoky Mtn Wedding trip

We had such a nice stay with our extended family at this property. And the views are spectacular! We had plenty of room to spread out, but also had a large gathering area for all to visit, eat and play games together. Kitchen was well equipped for use.

Nice clean and beautiful. I personally liked being a little further away from pigeon forge. It wasn’t a bad drive to attractions.

A little slice of paradise

Eight of us plus an infant thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Powell farm! It was a perfect location and the house was great for our family needs. We swam in the pool every day! The house was spotless and the property was very well maintained. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Tennessee!

There was enough room for us all (7 people; 5 adults) to sprawl out and feel comfortable. Host was very friendly and attentive. Very comfortable arrangement that we didn't take full advantage of because we traveled to the surrounding areas every day. Pool was closed for winter, but we enjoyed the deck anyways. Very clean and well-stocked with basic amenities (towels, soap, shampoo, etc.)

Beautiful Smoky mountain view

We are so happy with everything about this property. Amy is an amazing host. The overall customer service and communication was excellent. We traveled with children ages 6-16, total of 10. The home was very spacious, clean and perfect for a much needed family getaway.

Smoky Mountain Retreat

Our family enjoyed a family reunion in Powell Farm on West Miller’s Cove. The home was clean and well stocked with supplies. Our 5.5 yr old Granddaughter loved having a swimming pool in the backyard. Loved it!

Beautiful home close to Foothills Pkwy

We enjoyed our weekend riding the beautiful roads, The house was in the perfect location for our Ride along The Tail of the Dragon and had wonderful space for our group to spread out or enjoy meals together. Thank you for having us!!

This property was beautiful. Very good location and not far from town. We were in for a race at Maryville and this was a perfect area. Very quiet and the scenery was beautiful. Saw a few bear walking the fence line. Amy was great to work with, she even allowed us to check in early. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home.

Excellent Stay!

We really enjoyed staying at his property. Communication with the host was excellent. The house is just as pictured in the photos, and I think the surrounding property/grounds is even better within the photos. If you're flying into Knoxville airport, it's in a perfect location, about 23 minutes from the airport, and just a few minutes from the Smokies (maybe 15 mins). The host, Amy, is super friendly and gracious.
