Beautiful property

A very serene and beautiful property. The small cottage is wonderful and Beth was very accommodating to our needs . Would definitely stay every time we are in the area.

We had a great stay.. the place is adorable, clean and plenty of towels and care products… parking spot on the beautiful, scenic property. Private, safe and away from busy areas. We did meet the hosts .. they were available but invisible which made it feel like a private oasis.

Quite Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Beth's place. It was very clean and she thought of everything you would need. We enjoyed our walk to the reservoir and we actually saw a deer on the property. If you are yearning for peace and quiet, this is your place. It is in a great location with plenty of places to dine at and central to many activities.

Lovely little cottage overlooking a pasture bordering a tranquil reservoir. We loved seeing the deer appearing in the pasture! The cottage is thoughtfully appointed and attractively decorated. We enjoyed sitting on the spacious patio with our morning coffee. Everything was just perfect for a relaxing break in a country setting - but also near the amenities of Wallingford.

A true hidden gem!!!

Everything about this property makes me smile!!! From the location to the hosts and everything in between, it is just PERFECT!!! This will be the first property I check availability on when we visit the area. It is quaint, clean, nicely appointed and the hosts are wonderful people!

Property was well appointed and maintained. Hosts made certain all was ready, clean, and well stocked with the essentials. The setting with the nearby water, trees, wild flowers and wildlife (deer, birds, rabbits, etc) was serene and restful. The nearby wineries are worth the visit and wide variety of restaurants and shopping was a plus.

Peaceful gateway. A 5÷ star for cleanliness.The setting is very picturesque.Beautiful trails for biking or hiking near by.The host Beth really went out of her way to make sure we had a good experience. We loved all the attention to detail It made our stay very pleasant We'll definitely come back

Wake up to the spacious view of the sunrise behind the meadow and the treelined lake.Clean and comfortable accommodation inside the studio and a spacious covered porch, furnished to enjoy your dinner in the fresh air.A well-furnished kitchen for preparing your meals, and even a decanter with some snacks provided!If you are interested in some local wine, there are two wineries, located a very short distance away.We were delighted with the studio in every way and highly recommend it.

The perfect quiet retreat!

This was the perfect space for R and R- off the beaten path, but easy access to the interstate and larger cities. Absolutely beautiful spot near farmland and the reservoir, and I loved the flower gardens. The owners were kind and communicative. Very clean, comfortable studio that I'd highly recommend to anyone going to the area.

Country get-away

This is a lovely property that looks just like the pictures at VRBO. Owners are also very nice and available as needed (although we did not need anything). The studio is impeccable and newly renovated. The bed is very comfortable and towels were top quality. Would definitely visit again when in the area.

A wonderful gem

We just returned from a fantastic long weekend away and would return in a heartbeat. From arrival we were completely impressed by the studio...the onsite pictures and description were an understatement. The studio was clean, organized and decorated to give a home away from home vibe. The owners did such a great job thinking of all the little amenities to make our stay so very welcoming. We will definitely return if traveling through the area again!
