There are so many incredible upgrades that make such a huge difference, will share photos if possible - the kitchen alone is phenomenal- having high end appliances like gas stove and dishwasher, the amazing sink is in its own island surrounded by an unbelievable amount of gorgeous granite or quartz countertop (not sure which), a garbage disposal, super nice flatware, glassware, and kitchen supplies.
