“The house and property were absolutely adorable and in excellent working order. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and the location made it easy to come and go. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a cozy getaway!The only downside was a very watchful neighbor. We noticed her frequently standing in her kitchen, watching us whenever we were outside, which made things a bit uncomfortable. “Nine of us thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay! Space enough for quiet times and group times, indoors and outdoors on the large 2nd floor deck and individual decks. Windows everywhere had us feeling we shared the outdoors in privacy. Hearing birds and the Cuchara River through open windows was a joy. Every bedroom is nice; there isn’t a bedroom that isn’t great.
