We rented this home for a family vacation & enjoyed the comfort & proximity of it to The Ark Encounter & Creation Museum. We also were a short distance to downtown Cincinnati, & enjoyed a BB Riverboat Cruise. We would not hesitate to rent this home, again!

This large 5 bedroom house was perfect for our stay. Everyone had their own bedroom. The location is perfect to visit the "Ark Encounter" as well as locations is the south part of Cincinnati. The house still smells like new.

The home was lovely and mostly equipped with everything we needed for our visits to the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. This is a newer home in a subdivision that is still being built out therefore there was mud and construction around the property. We would have loved it if there was a gas grill. We cooked all of our meals in the unit and needed an oven broiler pan to complete the cooking. We also needed serving dishes for the vegetables, rice and potatoes we cooked. It was wonderful having containers for left overs! All of the five bedrooms were well equipped but the mattresses, though new, are quite hard and we could have used an extra blanket in each of the bedrooms. This is not meant to be a negative review because the accommodations were great. We are only citing things that would be helpful for the owner to think about. It was very cold when we stayed so we were thankful for the large living and dining areas. The grocery shopping was close by making this a great home for settling in and cooking at home.

The house was great. The only thing that would make it better would be more kitchen things. The dishes and glasses are very pretty but hard for little kids to use. There is not a lot of baking dishes, pans, pots, etc. Everything else was perfect!

Three couples planned a long weekend to see the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. This VRBO was absolutely amazing! The home was about 1/2 way in between the 2, which made it very convenient. Lots of bedrooms to choose from, including one on the main floor if you didn't want to do stairs. This bedroom also had a bath right across the hall. The massive living room and attached kitchen and dining area was amazing! The home was super clean and we were thrilled that it was a "Non-Smoking and Pet Free" home. Home was on a cul-de-sac and we were able to park both cars in the driveway. There were 6 of us but definitely more could have comfortably stayed there. The little town of Walton was nice and pretty close to the Big Bone Lick State Park. Lots to do in this beautiful area of Kentucky!

Great clean place to stay when visiting the Ark Encounter or Creation Museum!! We had 8 adults and had plenty of room. Still smelled like a new home when we arrived. Could use more kitchen utensils and cookware, we love to cook when we are together! But it was a great location and very peaceful!

Nine of us stayed here for a wedding. Plenty of bedrooms and baths for us all. Nice kitchen and great room area to hang out. Outside seating areas were also nice. Close to the Ark Encounter and to downtown Cincinnati. Cute little town with shops and small town restaurants. Also has grocery and other shopping close by.

The property was awesome. It was clean and looked even better than the pictures. Spacious for large families or friend groups. If you are cooking for a large group I would recommend bringing your own large mixing bowl and large pot. That’s the only thing that was missing. For the property owner I would recommend also maybe having ceiling fans in the rooms for those that like a cooler temp. I would absolutely stay here again.

This house is absolutely stunning! I was slightly hesitant because there were no reviews when I was looking to book, but after talking to the hosts and learning it was a new construction and listing, I felt better. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint! I am so glad I went with my gut and booked this property! It still had that brand new house smell! Easy to find with keyless entry. Host was very responsive and answered all questions in a timely manner. 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. There is 1 bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The master bedroom with large ensuite bathroom is upstairs along with 3 other bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. Couch was so cozy and the electric fireplace was lovely! Kitchen was stocked very well with everything needed to cook and serve food. Complementary k pods for the Keurig were a nice touch! Bedrooms were all spacious with comfy beds/bedding. Bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner and body wash and plenty of towels. Two outdoor seating areas to take in some fresh air! Overall we had such a wonderful stay here at this lovely house. It felt so luxurious! We would definitely recommend it to anyone who will be staying in the area. We visited the Ark Encounter which was only 25 minutes away. I'm already working on planning another trip just so I can stay here again! Thank you to the hosts for all the work you've put into making this property such a welcoming place. Blessings to all!

Literally a brand new home, with plenty of room for a large gathering. We had 12 in our party and this was our hub for visiting the Ark Encounter. Five stars all around, clean, bright beautiful home in a nice subdivision.

This was one of favorite Vrbo locations. I think we were the first guests to stay here. It is absolutely beautiful! Every detail is covered. This house has plenty of room for larger groups. We will be back!
