Lake House is a five-bedroom, three-bathroom split-level waterfront home for up to 10 guests in Wamberal's Golden Triangle. With Wamberal Lagoon directly accessible from the backyard, Terrigal Beach a five-minute flat walk away, a distinctive glass floor, lake-view terrace, air conditioning and Wifi, it is designed for easy family beach-and-lagoon stays.



The Space:

Designed around its waterfront setting, Lake House combines bright, airy interiors with relaxed indoor-outdoor living. Bi-fold doors open the main living area to a covered terrace above Wamberal Lagoon, while the split-level design centres on a striking glass floor that connects both levels.



Two separate living zones give larger families and groups room to spend time together or spread out. The modern kitchen has an island bench and quality appliances and flows into the dining area and terrace; there is also a BBQ grill for relaxed meals at home.

For comfort and convenience, the home includes air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, Wifi, a dedicated workspace, TV, washer and dryer. Families will appreciate room-darkening shades, a high chair, travel crib, board games, and extra pillows and blankets.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home across both levels, including both living areas, all five bedrooms, three bathrooms, the covered terrace, an additional alfresco area, both view decks, backyard, and direct lake access. Self check-in is available via lockbox and a private entrance.



Off-street parking is available for up to three vehicles, with free parking in the garage on the premises and free street parking also available.



The Neighborhood:

Wamberal sits in the Central Coast's "Golden Triangle," an easy walk to Terrigal Beach and the café and restaurant strip that runs behind it — allow around five minutes on foot. Terrigal Golf Club welcomes non-members for a round and a meal just a short drive away. For the more adventurous, the Skillion Lookout walk delivers panoramic coastal views, while a well-known dive site — the wreck of the ex-HMAS Adelaide — rests offshore for certified divers.



Expect a stay built around the water: swimming, fishing, boating and surfing all within easy reach, with Terrigal's restaurant scene close enough for a pre-dinner stroll home.



Other Things to Note:

Wamberal Lagoon is directly accessible from the backyard. Enjoy the waterfront setting from the covered terrace, use the available beach essentials for nearby beach days, or access the lagoon from the property.



Exterior security cameras are on the property.



Before arrival, Coast Hosting requires a digital copy of your ID through a secure online Guest Check-in Form. A refundable $1,000 security bond is held for the duration of the stay to cover potential damages and released within seven days after departure, provided there are no issues. Card details are also required through the secure form and are encrypted and processed through Stripe; they are not shared with third parties or retained beyond what is necessary to process the required payment or authorisation. Coast Hosting complies with strict privacy laws.
