“My wife and I recently booked an overnight stay. First impressions were good. A beautiful building (only slightly ruined by the bank of Tesla charging stations). The friendly receptionist greeted us and explained everything we needed to know during our stay. I had paid extra to stay in one of the “Spa rooms” with a four poster bed. First impressions of the room were good. Very spacious, large four poster bed, large well heated bathroom. However, upon closer examination there was dust on the...

“Overall pleasant accommodation although the arrival/ check in process was a little bit confusing, not helped by the poorly lit surroundings. Rooms are modern, warm and cosy, although pillows didn’t have cases and quite a bit of the previous guest’s hair on both the pillow and in the shower.”

“We stayed here for one night, but didn't use the restaurant (there's a Costa and Greggs nearby) or other facilities, so can't comment on those. The entire building looks very new, is in good repair and clean. The room was smart and comfortable. Despite being located close to the A45, it was very quiet. I could barely hear traffic when standing right next to the window. There were only very minor issues: The room's heating was a little noisy (fan noise) when operating, but not terribly so....

The staff were exceptional, friendly and attentive Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and great quality ingredients.
