  • Welcome to your classic Robe beach holiday house — a relaxed, budget-friendly coastal escape in a highly sought-after location close to town and the front beach.

    Please note:
    • Pet friendly – outside and laundry area only
    • No Wi-Fi available
    • This property features an older-style design and vintage fittings throughout

    Before you book:
    This is a traditional holiday home with character. The kitchen cabinetry is original 1950s style and may require gentle handling. The back bathroom features a shower system with stronger water flow, while the front bathroom is gravity-fed. The shower may continue to drip briefly after use — please do not over-tighten taps.

    Perfectly positioned in old town Robe, this simple and comfortable beach house is close to shops and the safe swimming front beach, making it an ideal base for a relaxed seaside getaway.

    With everything within easy reach, there’s no need to rely on a car during your stay — simply ride your bike or walk everywhere and enjoy the convenience of this central location.

    Set on a large block, the property includes an enclosed backyard area, allowing your four-legged family members to join you on holiday. Please note pets are permitted outside and in the laundry area only.

    The home offers a straightforward, easy holiday experience in a fantastic location without the premium price tag — perfect for families looking to enjoy Robe’s coastal lifestyle.

    Pet Information:
    Guests are responsible for ensuring their dog is suitably restrained within the enclosed yard. While fenced, Robe Holiday Rentals cannot guarantee suitability for all pets.

    Important Information:
    • No booking will be accepted without a completed guest list and required details

    Linen Information:
    Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied for all stays; however, only the required amount is provided based on guest numbers supplied at booking. If you would like beds professionally made prior to arrival, please request bed-making at the time of booking ($15.00 per bed). Guests are responsible for advising the office of any special bedding configurations required. If no requests are made, bedding arrangements will be assumed based on guest numbers provided. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location. Premium price for average property. Bedrooms great. Carpet in living areas from the 80s and house smelt musty on arrival. Kitchen good size but very old. Cupboards difficult to open. A bit on money spent would greatly improve indoors. Very poor water pressure in main bathroom. Great lawned area outside.

It is very central, we walked almost everywhere. It was very clean and well equipped. Our dog had a lovely secure yard.We would highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The larger rooms and 12 foot ceilings leant a feeling of spacious relaxation to this charming old property. Only disappointment was the clogged shower head in the main bathroom which really needs replacing. Plenty of room to relax and well maintained garden area around the whole house.

Reviewer Comments: Fly screens on doors torn flies & mossies easy access,cob webs on all windows & light fittings( photos if needed)washing machine wouldn't finish cycle 1/2 washed clothes,blind in main bedroom on the floor not even fitted,broken sash cords on windows blocks of wood to hold up windows,pots & pans all filthy and some rusty,crockery & cuttlery didn't match basically had to wash everthing before using,dishwasher sum up our stay we felt like we walked into a deceased estate house that had had a quick clean and a couple of things replaced so that they could make a quick buck over summer if it wasn't for the location I would be asking for my money back.
