The two holiday apartments are located separately in the owner's house on the well-kept residential property on the outskirts of the village (Eldenholz). The owner is rarely present due to his job. The beach, restaurants and shopping facilities are within a radius of 1 km.

This apartment is located on the ground floor. Separate access. Furnished with: Living room (upholstered furniture, TV, radio/CD), bedroom (double bed), kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge, microwave, dining area, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC, central heating. Each apartment has a furnished outdoor seating area, barbecue, sun loungers, bicycle stand and car park. The total price includes bed linen, towels, energy and water consumption and final cleaning. To be paid on site: Tourist tax.



The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous catering establishments as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Motorway access approx. 25 km.
