“Awful room the sheets were dirty. And when we asked for new sheets they tried to make me change them. We ended up leaving that night becauss how ghetto it was and they charged my card 100 dollars trying to say that i broke there tv a nightstand 2 remotes and a light and the panel. I wasnt even in there they are just scamers”

“Beautiful, quiet location with walking and hiking nearby. We didn't realize how remote this sight was so were unprepared for having no services available after our evening arrival. The office closed soon after arriving, so no access to ice, as did the resort services and store, so no food or drink. Guests should be warned to come prepared.”

“House was great for our group. Four adults and an infant. The host is very responsive. The deck and hot tub were used daily. Also, access to bikes was an added bonus and cost savings as we didn't have to rent. Overall, a fun long weekend at Black Butte Ranch!”

“This property was perfect for us. My 6-year-old Westie (very well behaved and totally house broken) enjoyed all the dog smells. Unfortunately, there were already several large spots on the carpet in a couple of the bedrooms. We did not add to these spots. We will likely be back!”
