“Great property. Location as key for us. Super close to town and with all the weekend traffic that comes to Julian it was great to be able to walk into town easily. Place was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. ”

“The house is very nice and roomy. There is a lot of exploring on the property for the children. The only issue is that the master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house and if we turned the heater on the other two bedrooms would get too warm and they couldn’t sleep so we got a bit cold at night. We just wore extra clothing. The hot air balloons land right behind the house and that was very cool! We would definitely come back! Beautiful scenery too!”
