“We arrived to a warm welcome around 5.45pm. So great that the office was still open. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant. A really great place to stay between Port Macquarie and Newcastle ”

“We had the most amazing time at the Clarendon Forest Retreat. We stayed in the Sanctuary house. The peace and quiet, sitting looking over the hills in the afternoon, and relaxing in the hot tub was so what we needed. Also, one of the highlights was when we were in the local corner shop, we were sharing with the lady at the cash register that we were staying at the Clarendon Forest Retreat and the gentleman behind us was the builder of the house! We highly recommend this place! ”

Beds were comfy and there was plenty of space. Clyde & Casey were very cute and the fire pit outside was a highlight for the kids. Elsa was a very helpful host & we would happily stay again. ”
