“I had good communication with the owner but admit was disappointed by the over all experience. For such a high cleaning fee, I did not expect to have to make the beds when I arrived, but did find it was in the fine print. The house is in decent condition, but having the furniture all covered with furniture blankets made it feel cheap. The heating was erratic(hot upstairs and cold down), and I was awakened one night with water noises, which turned out to be a flushing of the water system right...

“We stayed for 4 nights, having come from the UK to visit family in Vermont. Excellent communication with Terrie before our trip and Philip visited soon after our arrival to peronally welcome us. Peaceful, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, it was perfectly located for access to town and for exploring the local area. “The property itself is lovely and as advertised, though as other reviews point out, the hot tub is in an enclosed, insulated hut. This trades views of the scenery (which are great, but not from the hot tub) for privacy (which our group enjoyed). What the listing does not say is that the property is approx 3/4 miles up a 7% grade dirt road that is heavily rutted with mud. “Location was great. The house was just ok. Pictures are way better than the property. The house just didn't feel clean. Ownership ask you to remove your shoes. “We attended a wedding at the mountain and this was a perfect place for our group of 10. 1 Mile from the mountain. Nice little store for coffee, groceries, sandwiches between the condo and the mountain so you do not need to run all the way into town. Would stay here again, for sure.”

“Very nice stay, a couple of minor settling in issues such as one toilet not working but this was sorted out quickly. A minor point was that there were no curtains anywhere in the house.
