“I rented this property for its location near to the Robert’s Centre. Every June I take my staff for continuing education seminars. This year we had almost doubled our staff from 4 to 7, and the property worked with us on the extra occupancy. There was plenty of space indoors but we mostly enjoyed coming back to have a relaxing night at the fire pit and found a nice place to put up a couple hammocks to watch the sunset. So long as we don’t grow our staff any more, we would love to rent this...

“This place is a great location with a fantastic view! We were downtown in ~6 minutes by car. The river views are great any time of day or night. There were also cute groundhogs under the front porch, lizards, and beautiful flowers everywhere. The management were helpful and welcoming, we were able to get into the apartment just fine quite late at night. On the other hand, the rooms and furnishings were super outdated.
