“We stayed at the Red Lion for a few days as we were meeting family. The accommodation is situated at the back of the pub and is bright and clean. You can access it by walking through the pub or walking round the back. There is plenty of parking but it can get busy when the pub is open! It’s situation means you have easy access to get to many places by road very quickly. The staff who work there are fantastic and very helpful. We had breakfast each morning as well which was excellent! I would...

“Excellent food, friendly staff, nicely decorated pub. Bedroom itself was a bit dark as the wallpaper was dark grey, as were the curtains etc. Also, there was a very bright security light outside which made sleep difficult. Shower screen dud not go all the way around the shower, resulting in a wet floor.”

“The mattress was good and the bathroom was clean. However, I got an electric shock on the kettle in the kitchen first thing. The plumbing is very noisy & this lasts all night long. The stairs are not clean. The en-suite bathroom is tiny with a faulty door. ”
