It borders directly with the Royal Łazienki Park and is also close to Morskie Oko Park and Agrykola Park, in the vicinity of numerous embassies (including those of the United Kingdom, Spain, the Netherlands, Japan, and others). It is an exceptional combination of a central location, perfectly connected to the rest of Warsaw, with a peaceful oasis surrounded by green spaces: parks, embassies, walking paths, cycling routes, charming old streets, and inviting restaurants.

The Royal Łazienki Park is famous for its unique architecture, beautiful gardens, and rich history, reflected in many historical landmarks such as the Palace on the Isle, the Old Orangery, the White Pavilion, and the Water Theatre. One of the most iconic events held in the Royal Łazienki Park are the summer Chopin Concerts. They take place every year from May to September, attracting both Warsaw residents and tourists from all over the world. Concerts are held every Sunday at 12:00 and 16:00 near the Fryderyk Chopin Monument.

Close to the apartment, guests can also enjoy the Czerniakowski Canal and the Vistula River. One of the most important elements of Warsaw’s riverside area are the Vistula Boulevards. The boulevards are a perfect place for walking, jogging, cycling, or simply relaxing on benches with a view of the river. The area features numerous cafés, restaurants, food trucks, and recreational zones. On warm days, the boulevards are full of life, attracting locals and visitors for picnics, social gatherings, and various cultural events such as concerts, festivals, and open-air movie screenings.

The apartment’s location provides excellent public transport connections thanks to nearby bus and tram stops (Sielecka, Spacerowa, Sielce, Bartycka), allowing easy and convenient travel around Warsaw. Guests have access to a wide range of practical amenities, including fast free Wi-Fi, terrestrial TV, two desks suitable for studying or remote work, a washing machine, an iron, a hair dryer, a fridge with a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, and kitchenware. Guests may use the street parking spaces available nearby (subject to availability, fees may apply). Paid parking applies Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
