“On 4/6, we arrived with confirmation in hand, but our code didn’t work. I called the homeowner, and he wasn’t expecting any renters until 4/13. We were given a working code to the key box, but there was no key. After waiting in our car, someone brought 1 key for 7 people to share. The house was unclean, the tubs had rust stains, and there was a stale odor. We left the property, checked into a hotel and called Evolve (3rd party company used by the homeowner) to let them know and ask for a refund...

More room than we knew what to do with. All the rooms were spacious and well equipped, especially the kitchen and living area. We enjoyed fishing, a campfire and just relaxing. There were multiple things to do in the nearby towns of Ashburn and Cordele and we decided to take a trip up to Plains to visit Jimmy Carter's boyhood...

“I traveled from Vermont to be in town for my son's signing ceremony for his athletic scholarship. I was looking for a comfortable home where I could spend time with my family without having to leave just to be together. This house was great for that. The pool was great, as was the outdoor area. The house itself was comfortable and clean. It was everything we needed, and after a long day of events around town, it was a great place to come back to just to relax.”
