“This property was extremely disappointing. I know they are working on updating free property but the rugs were stained. The towels were STAINED. I expect nice clean non stained towels. I asked for a no smoking room a d I believe it was an old smoking room by the door where people smoke.”

“Nice view of the river. I arrived at night and was a little disappointed I could not really see the river however the river is just not lit up very well in this area. In the morning it was beautiful view of the river. We enjoyed a cup of coffee on the balcony looking over the courtyard at the river. Would stay again if ever in the area again.”

“My college friends and I and our families were looking to celebrate New Years in Newport in a home that was large enough to fit everyone comfortably. This home was A++ … the perfect amount of space for 5 families all with multiple children. The multi-level layout allowed for certain kids to take naps or have some quiet time if needed. "This was our fourth stay at this property and we like it very much. Great location ! The sky bridge connection to the Providence Mall is very convenient. The University Graduation of our daughter was at the Amica Mutual Pavillion which is right next door and that was a super plus for us. This Hotel is waking distance from the Train Station so coming from Boston by Train is super cheap and convenient. Amaury at the Front Desk was super friendly and professional during our check-in. It also has the best rates compared to other hotels in the area. We highly recommend this Hotel. "
