This custom-built home, located just 2 miles from the charming village of Warwick, offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. With over 2,700 square feet living space, the cabin features 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1 half bath and 4 wraparound porches that provide panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. These porches provide guests with unparalleled vantage points to take in the surrounding natural beauty, whether it’s the sunrise over the valley, the golden glow of sunset across the mountains, or the peaceful stillness of the wooded landscape. They’re perfect for sipping morning coffee, enjoying an evening glass of wine, or simply unwinding with a book while soaking in the tranquil atmosphere. The porches also offer ample space for outdoor dining, lounging, or gathering with loved ones, creating a seamless connection between indoor comfort and outdoor serenity. This cabin also features a dedicated work-from-home space, complete with a desk and chair, offering a quiet and comfortable area to stay productive while enjoying the surroundings.

    Eco-Friendly Home! -- A private well, whole-house water filtration system, and central heating and cooling which are powered by a brand new geothermal heat pump system which greatly reduces the carbon footprint further enhancing the property’s sustainability.



    Please Note: The detached garage is not available for guest use. The property can accommodate parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway.



    • Winter Access Notice: The driveway and parking area is plowed in winter. During snowy conditions, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended for reaching the home. If you’re traveling without one, access may be difficult or not possible at times. Portoro Homes cannot be held responsible for weather-related access issues or provide assistance if a vehicle becomes stuck.



    Guest Access:

    Portoro Homes offers convenient self check-in. Check-in instructions will be sent by email and text prior to arrival with everything you need to access the home easily and on your schedule. You’ll also receive a digital Guest Guide for the home, packed with helpful tips, house info, and local recommendations to make the most of your stay.



    • Early check-ins or late check-outs: Standard check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and standard check-out time is 11:00 a.m. If the home is ready earlier on the day of arrival, an early check-in may be available when confirmed with our main office. Late check-outs must be requested and confirmed by our main office prior to departure.



    Getting Around:

    - Winter Access Notice: A 4WD or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended to access the home during the snowy season. Guests without the appropriate vehicle may be unable to reach the property. Portoro cannot be held responsible for access issues or assist if a vehicle becomes stuck.



    Exploring Warwick and the lower Hudson Valley by car is easy and rewarding, with scenic country roads connecting orchards, wineries, and charming hamlets. Route 94 and local byways offer beautiful drives through rolling farmland, especially during apple season and fall foliage.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The beds were extremely comfortable. The place was clean and we loved having the hot tub & fire pit. We also appreciated having such an easy check out. We would definitely stay here again.
