Still our RI home-away-from-home

This is the 4th or 5th time we've stayed here - it's become our RI home-away-from-home. Everything we need or want in a nice clean quality home in RI. Convenient to PVD and a good central location for all of RI and nearby MA & CT. The host is readily available for any questions; he even saves coupons for us for nearby restaurants he knows we like.

our Rhode Island 'home'

This is our 3rd or 4th stay here. Host has thought of just about everything you need to make it feel like home. Good location for getting out around Rhode Island, or just relaxing on the porch right on Buttonwoods Cove.

Our RI home-away-from-home !

Our second stay here, just as great as the first. The house and everything in it is first class quality, clean, comfortable. Located in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view on a small inlet of Narragansett Bay. It is now our go-to home-away-from-home when we come to RI.

Perfect location for family staying in town

Hosts were very thoughtful with amenities/small touches that made the stay unique and quality. My dad and brother stayed during a visit from the west coast and we ended up spending more time at their vacation rental than my own home down the road. This will be our go-to for future family trips.

Great stay

They thought of everything and then some Owner was there to welcome us and available to answer questions during our 5 days. House looked out on Oakland Beach…3 decks for enjoying the breeze …all the conveniences of home. Visitors were likewise impressed.

Excellent experience

Had a really fun stay here as a family of four, youngest child 12. (The stairs would be quite steep for younger kids.) Don’t miss kayaking to the other side of the cove! Great time.

Cottage on the water

We chose to stay in this area because we wanted to visit friends who lived in Warwick but still be near water. This place was perfect for us. The kids enjoyed the front porch, the bikes, and being able to walk to the beach and boardwalk area independently. I enjoyed my quiet time on the front porch swing. The house was spotless and had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect little beach cottage

Start to finish this little beach cottage was perfect! From the swinging bench on the front porch to the relaxing sounds of the water and everything in between. Tucked away in a cute neighborhood, it’s peaceful water view instantly relaxes you. This will be my go-to place to stay from now on. It’s perfect if you’re traveling alone or with your family. The host was SO communicative and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay!

A slice of paradise!

An absolutely quintessential place, Jerry the host was so helpful leading up to our arrival. Upon arriving, the place was everything we had hoped for. They had truly thought of it all. If we could have, we would have cancelled our next accommodation plans!!

Wonderful stay in Orange Beach Loft

This home is brand-new, impeccably designed and appointed, waterfront "loft" at which my family LOVED staying. Every detail was thought of, every need we could have had was met. Gerald was an excellent, thoughtful host and we look forward to visiting again. The outdoor shower is to die for!!

Amazing getaway

My family and I stayed at this property for a getaway, and were so pleased. The setting of the home is very picture esque. The amenities were perfect for our family of five, and the water access being across the street, with two kayaks and beach gear included met our needs to enjoy the day at the beach without any hesitancy. The host was extremely communicative, friendly, and quick and o respond to any question or concern. We would highly recommend staying here, and would do it again ourselves in a heartbeat!

Very Nice

We stayed at the Loft for 3 nights. The property is just as advertised.....an old structure that has been renovated into a beach house. It's very well done and nicely equipped. The host, Jerry, was great. He contacted me immediately after I booked and offered help with area information. He called a couple of days before we arrived with check in information and provided some local restaurant coupons. He was also very responsive after we arrived and needed some help with the heat and TV. We recommend this property

Wonderful beach house close to so many things

We stayed at the Loft for a week in mid June. It was fantastic to be able to sit on the porch swing and upper balcony and enjoy the cooler weather and views of the water, beach, and sunsets. You can take a leisurely stroll along the beach and through this quiet neighborhood with absolutely no safety concerns. We used it as a base for day trips to Boston, Salem, and Newport during our stay, as well as just unwinding at the Loft for a few days. The property is so well maintained and the owner is very conscientious about checking in to make sure everything is perfect during your stay. It is a perfect beach house for up to 4-5 people and has everything you could possibly need, including a very nice outside shower for after a day at the beach. Having spent a week here, we will be recommending this rental to any friends considering a trip to New England and we definitely look forward to using it with our granddaughter in the future.

Wow - This place is a gem !

Beautiful location: Quiet residential neighborhood right on a scenic cove (beautiful sunsets) yet still only 20-30 min to PVD airport and lots of area restaurants. (Iggy's is even walking distance). The house has been completely rebuilt inside and out very recently: Everything is brand new and first class / high quality throughout: cable/TV, appliances, laundry, bathrooms, electrical (plenty of outlets for all our tech toys), furniture, etc. King size bed in master bedroom that has sliding glass doors overlooking the cove. The second bedroom has bunk beds with double-size mattresses! Plus one more very comfortable daybed in the living room if needed. Three outside decks with lots of comfortable seating and a bbq grill. Thoughtful attention to little details like kitchen and laundry accessories, and chest full of family games. The host is readily available anytime and was very helpful answering questions, offering advice on local activities, and following up to make sure everything was good. This feels like a real home-away-from-home. We could only stay a week this trip, but we will be back and stay longer next time.

The Loft

Great house! Had everything you would need. Just a short walk to the beach or you could put the kayaks in the water right across the street from the house. The owner was fantastic. He was very friendly and responded right away if we had questions.

Beautiful home in the perfect location.

This property did not disappoint! Not only does it have stunning views, but the inside is perfect. Everything you need is there. Gerry was wonderful and accommodating. Highly recommend! We will be back!!!
