“The house was perfect for three (3) couples. Plenty of room for all throughout the house. Conveniently located to the downtown Sunapee area. Looking forward to coming back to try the Sunapee Lake cruises (we were there before these were running).Great views of the sparkling blue water of the lake. The kitchen was very well equipped although 2 of the frying pans were well "used" by others. Enjoyed the nice variety of teas that were there and keurig coffee pods. Thank-you for the lovely...

Ian and Sarah were very easy to communicate and understood our situation when we wanted to move our stay to a week earlier and also helped in adjusting our pricing. “The home is beautiful and felt so welcoming. The kitchen is beautiful although I didn't have the opportunity to use much besides the coffee pot. I appreciated that there was a Keurig and some creamers available to use. One of the bedrooms upstairs has a half bath attached and that was lovely. The outdoor area appeared well appointed and I wish the weather would have allowed me some outdoor time. This is a beautiful home and I'd highly recommend a stay there. I hope to return again soon!”

“To start, I want to say that the house is absolutely beautiful and in a great location. We really enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard and cozying up by the living room fireplace. The bedrooms are a perfect size, and all of the beds, linens, and towels were comfortable and clean.When we arrived, however, the kitchen and hallway bathroom had a significant number of ants and ladybugs. We spent a good portion of our first day spraying, setting traps, and cleaning in order to make the space...

“It was a great getaway. The house was clean and had everything that you would need. It truly sleeps 16 people and has enough room for everyone to enjoy the time together. The host was quick to respond to any questions that we had. We lucked out with wonderful weather so we got to enjoy the backyard for games and the kayaks and canoe for some relaxing lake activities. Thank you to our hosts. We will be back again in the near future.”

“We booked this house for our family (9 adults and an infant) for a wedding in the area. The house was really lovely - clean, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable and clean, and plenty of space for us to hang out together! It was exactly what we were looking for! The host, Brie, was also super helpful and responsive throughout our visit. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!”
