  • Modern house in the heart of Arlington, VA. Minutes away from Washington DC. 0.8 mile away from Clarendon metro station. Newly rebuilt home with five bedrooms, four bathrooms. Three bedrooms upstairs. Master suite with attached office/sitting room. High end master bathroom with jetted soaking tub, quartz counters, his and her sinks. Two more spacious bedrooms on the upper level with laundry closet Head down to the basement to an expansive bonus living area, two massive bedrooms, and walk up access to fully fenced backyard. The open floor plan on the main floor with center piece dining area, gourmet kitchen, living room and family room which provides cozy atmosphere for family and friends gathering. A five minute Uber to Reagan Airport and a quick electric scooter ride to fine dining, Whole Foods grocery store and some of the best night life Virginia has to offer!

3 generations and plenty of space

We were in town for a burial at Arlington National Cemetery. The location was perfect for that. We hosted about 15 after the service and there was plenty of room for us and our guests. The owners were very responsive. We highly recommend this house.

Plenty of room for the 10 of us. Great location , 15 minute walk to the metro, which was a plus.

This property was beautiful. There was plenty of room and open areas. It would be great for families as there was a game area in the basement and a fenced yard.

Family Reunion

We were in town for a family reunion. Beautiful well maintained property. Fenced backyard was perfect place for children to play. Owner was very responsive to all inquires and accommodating to requests. We would definitely stay there again

Beautiful House in Arlington

This house is spacious, clean, and well looked after. Just a few minutes from Washington DC and the airport (Ronald Reagan/Washington National), and in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to several places to eat. I don't know if we will have that big of a group again, but if we do I know where we will look to stay. Thank You Again!

Even better than pics and expectations!

Thang was extremely accommodating, house was ideal for a big group, so well laid out for a big family, spotless, excellent location, great backyard. The house is functional and practical, but also beautiful. Close enough to DC, but much better to stay outside of DC. Lovely neighborhood, safe, close to shops, restaurants. Would definitely recommend and return!

Christmas away from home

We stayed with our 4 young children. The home was easy to locate, near freeways and attractions, had plenty of bedrooms, and large closets. There were enough basics in the kitchen to get by. We were also so grateful that the owner decorated for Christmas as we requested to make our Christmas away from home a little more magical.

Close to everything

The house was great. We had a group of 11, and had plenty of space to move around. The house was very clean, with comfortable beds. The location was great, close to all the monuments and tourist attractions. We were staying for the Maryland vs. Michigan State game. Not a bad drive to the University. Would definitely rent again for any future games.

This house is amazing. So close to DC attractions. We drove to Pentagon City and parked the cars and took the blue line metro into DC. Perfect and fast. Book your museums ahead of time. The house war great for 6 adults and 1 baby. Everyone had their own room and the house was filled with all the amenities needed. Highly recommend.

Convenient location; big house perfect for our big family

The house was very clean & spacious; room for our whole family. The location is so convenient to downtown Arlington (5 minutes!), Washington DC (15 minutes!), & Arlington National Cemetery (5 minutes). The kids enjoyed the fenced in backyard as well as the playroom downstairs. The owner was very helpful & responsive.
