Bienvenido a The Breakfast at Tiffany.

Esta hermosa san George, Utah Vacation Home es completamente nuevo y cuenta con tres habitaciones y dos salas de estar. Esta casa es el lugar perfecto para ciclistas de montaña y amantes del aire libre del sur de Utah. Breakfast at Tiffany's se encuentra en la nueva comunidad llamada The Casitas at Sienna Hills. Ubicado cerca de todas las atracciones del sur de Utah. El Parque Nacional Zion está a solo 32 millas, Sand Hollow y Quail Lake State Park. A solo 5 minutos, en el centro de St. George a solo 10 minutos. Incluso puedes pedalear directamente desde tu garaje hasta infinitos senderos para ciclismo de montaña, como Prospector Church Rocks Loop. El J. E.M, Gooseberry Mesa, More Cowbell y Little Creek Mountain también están cerca. Sala de estar en el nivel principal: dos sofás grandes, TV de pantalla plana, sillas y área de escritorio.

Patio: asientos al aire libre y una barbacoa

Segunda habitación familiar en el piso de arriba: dos cómodos sofás, silla, televisor de pantalla plana grande y mesa de juego.

Cocina gourmet: encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, cafetera, utensilios, platos, ollas y sartenes, olla de barro, plancha, tostadora, licuadora Blendtec, etc.

Segundo dormitorio: cama King y TV de pantalla plana.

Tercer dormitorio: un gemelo sobre gemelo el segundo es un gemelo sobre lleno.

Thanksgiving getaway

We stayed 4 nights and it was perfect for my husband, two boys, and my in-laws. Great, quiet location, super clean and lots of room to spread out!

Perfect place to stay.

Great property for two families (8 people and 2 pugs) with lots of room and close to hiking, eating and swimming. We had a great time. Only thing was not a lot of grass for the dogs, but they made do.

Great location, spacious and clean!

Great location and clean! The pool was great for lounging and the surrounding properties were also clean and well kept. Felt save and secure. Common spaces in the condo were spacious and comfy! Beds were comfortable and got great rest. Garage space was nice for keeping golf clubs and car. Will definitely book again!

Wonderful townhome!

My family and I stayed here this past weekend. We loved it! It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and we loved the location. Only negative part was there wasn’t a ton of dog friendly grass areas, but we found some that were fairly close. Just plan on walking a couple minutes to take your dog to the bathroom. Besides that the home was wonderful and the community pool was very well maintained. We would recommend staying here!

Loved our stay

Went for warmer weather in January. Lots of trails and paths to walk nearby. Such a dog friendly area! The neighborhood was nice and quiet, got busy over weekends, but we were there for 3 weeks so not a problem. Had 2 dogs with us and the potty area was near and stocked with poop bags. In fact all the parks and walking paths were as well. Would definitely consider staying here again. This home was large, comfortable and well furnished. Fit our needs well.

Everything we were looking for!

The place was very spacious, spotless, well- stocked with quality items, and had very comfortable beds and furniture! The pool area was a great plus!

Beautiful & relaxing!

This property is gorgeous! It’s so pretty & well decorated. There were plenty of bath towels, pool towels, linens & extra cozy fleece blankets. There was plenty of space for everyone with two living spaces, including pull out couches. The mattresses are all super comfy, including the bunk beds! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pool is a 1 minute walk and so much fun for adults & kids alike. The hosts really have thought of everything, down to mints on top of fresh towels left folded on the bed. We will for sure be back!

Overall the stay was great. We did experience a couple of quirky problems with a couple of appliances but the property manager team jumped and worked miracles to get them resolved for us.

Fully stocked locked and loaded

This is probably the best vacation rental experience we have ever had. And we have rented quite a few through different portals. We rented this property for our family to get together for an early Christmas celebration. We were concerned at first if it would be stocked with enough equipment for the full Christmas dinner we had planned - turns out they had everything we needed and more. We all enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub (which is maybe a 1 minute walk from the front door) and pool towels were provided. Lots of spaces in this rental to spread out and hang with the fam. Super comfortable. Everything was perfect. It was far enough from everything to not be busy with traffic yet it was close enough to St George, Tuacan, and Zions that it was quick and easy to get to everything we wanted. The owner was so responsive and accommodating. If we ever need to stay in southern Utah again this will be our go-to rental for sure.

Clean & convenient & dog friendly

Loved our week stay here. The house met all of our needs. Very clean, lots of space, and comfortable beds. The neighborhood pool was clean and lots of fun. There’s an area to walk dogs and they provide doggie cleanup bags. I would highly recommend this place for its comfort and location. It was a perfect stay!

Excellent experience

We enjoyed our stay at Brandy's place. It was super clean, conveniently situated to all major national parks and St George, which offers superb museums and playgrounds for kids. We would come back anytime. We loved Utah, thank you!
