    This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home can sleep as many as 12 people, so your entire family can enjoy the beauty of southern Utah together. The master bedroom features a King bed and a large TV with a Roku system, as well as an ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub and walk-in shower. In the second bedroom, you will find a queen bed with a Roku TV. The bunk room hosts 1 double-over-double bunk, holding up to 4 people, and even has a desk for the kids to use! The living room has a TV and Roku system! There is also a Queen pull-out sofa bed and 2 Twin air mattresses. On the patio, enjoy a delicious meal on the grill, or enjoy your night in the beautiful new hot tub. With dog-friendly amenities and a park within a two-minute walk, this home is perfect for all members of the family, especially those with paws! Enjoy a vacation in the sun with your furry friend at Coral Ridge 1924!

Great Stay! Was just a few short steps from the pool house which is always a big plus with kids. Owner was always available and answered questions when needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation Spot

Very clean, well stocked, everything was well labeled and clear. Couches and beds were comfortable and having your own hot tub was a great addition. If you are looking for a quick get away, you won't be disappointed staying here.

We had a great time

House was perfect. Private hot tub on the back porch set this one apart from other homes. Directly across the street from pool complex featuring two pools and two hot tubs. Plenty to do in the local area but also an easy drive to Zion, Las Vegas and Grand Canyon North Rim. Friendly and responsive service from the management company. Definitely recommend and likely to return in the future.

Unit is in a great location just off the freeway, and right across the street from the clubhouse and amenities. The hot tub on site wouldn't get hot enough and the stove wasn't working, but the management company was great to work with and will get them fixed. Overall it was good!

Relaxing

We have stayed at this condo several times. They could use updating kitchen plates. Bunk bed room sheets had sticky something on them had not been washed. But the over all stay was nice and relaxing. We would most certainly be staying here again.

Very nice

Loved this home. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space for our family. The ice maker wasn't working but we reached out and they immediately provided a solution. The only thing that needed some attention is the locks in one bedroom door and bathroom door in the master bathroom do not work. Everything is nicely labeled. Has lots of good amenities and the location is great.

Nice place to stay

We visit So. Utah several times a year as our daughter lives in the area and we like to stay at Coral Ridge as we enjoy the amenities there. This is our first time staying at this property and it was excellent. The property is right across from the pools and clubhouse. Everything was very clean and organized. Plenty of towels to use. The kitchen was stocked with as the usual items. We enjoyed the hot tub on the property which is a nice little bonus. We will stay here again.

Very Good

We have stayed in this complex several times. Have loved all of them. Within minutes of everything, but removed from the hustle and bustle of the busy city. Pools and hot tubs are great. Big bonus, this property has its own hot tub and it was great. Had a couple of non important issues that were handled immediately by the staff. We stay here two to three times a year, and will continue to do so. Thanks again for a great time. Jody

June 2023 Getaway

Property was terrific. Large, comfortable, with very close pool access. Relatively close to Zion. Definitely check out Snow Canyon too! Only reason why rating isnt 5 stars is because the water heater was broken for 2 nights. Its understandable that essential appliances like that break down, but the clothes dryer was also broken but no one told us in advance. Combination of those things wasnt ideal, but we still had a great time and would come back. Manager was quick to respond too.

Hi there! We had a mostly good experience this time around, but were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the home, especially the dishes and bedding. Our employees were a bit grossed out by the stained yellow pillows and stains on the bedding. Ultimately not a terrible experience, we just want to report that those should probably be replaced. I did call in about this after we arrived, and hope you will consider this when assessing cleaning charges to us. Thank you.

Mostly good, but room for improvement

The good: Mostly as expected and true to listing. Beautiful unit, nice floorplan, nicely appointed, very clean, right across from the clubhouse, so convenient access to pool (and associated noise, but not too bad), private hot tub is a nice touch. The bad: Not much, but two or three things stood out. Master bed is quite uncomfortable--felt like it was leaning downhill and big sag in the middle, so for better or worse, you'll end up snuggling with your bedmate within a few minutes. The teens didn't complain much, but said the bunks in the first bedroom were uncomfortable. The queen in the 2nd bedroom got good reviews. There was no wi-fi available when we were there. After a few unanswered texts to the property manager upon check-in we called and were able to to speak to someone who assured us they were addressing the issue urgently, but we never heard back from them for the duration of our stay. No wi-fi was inconvenient, but the response from the property manager was disappointing. The other: The property is in a neighborhood that is somewhat isolated--not a lot of nearby amenities. We were aware of that and chose this location for a reason, but if you're looking for nearby restaurants and services, this may not be the best location for you.

Super stay - nice unit and great management company

The unit was as depicted and very comfortable. It was fully equipped including items for families. The private hot tub is a nice amenity and it is right across from the community center with 2 other pools and hot tubs. That center also has a few pieces of cardio equipment that was not mentioned in listing (bonus). Red Sands is a super management company. They communicated well and responded rapidly. We found a few items needing attention and they immediately dispatched a very friendly and capable technician to address. There was an issue that was initially misrepresented; they accepted accountability and made a goodwill gesture to make it right. We would highly recommend the unit and the management company to friends or family and suspect we will stay there again. There is an early review about a problem with the bed in the Master Bedroom; it was completely rectified so a you need not worry. If I were to nit pick then I would bring up three things: The unit was clean but not as spotless and 'showroom pristine' as we have found with some owner managed VRBO units - road noise can be heard in the master bedroom and community pool noise in the second bedroom; this is not a big issue, as it dies down, but could be problematic to someone who retires early - finally, Red Sands was super responsive and will quickly address any issue...but it would be even better if they were more proactive and detail oriented to find deficiencies before guests do

Nice place for a weekend stay

Cozy, clean, and relaxing home. Pool is right across the road which made it convenient. The hot tub was a nice addition to this unit, although I think it might need a good cleaning and perhaps a little less chlorine. We chose to hang out in the hot tubs at the pool instead due to the overpowering smell of chemicals. We wished there was an actual grill on site but other than that, the home was stocked with pretty much anything we needed.

Everything You Need

This VRBO was perfect for us! Had everything we needed: comfy beds, all kitchen appliances, spacious area, grill, private hot tub, pool, deck area, garage, beautiful grounds. Great communication with rental company and easy access. Beautiful grounds and about a 40 minute drive to our Zion destination. I would highly recommend it and hope to return! Thank you!
