Esta ciudad es una de las pocas propiedades Coral Ridge justo al otro lado de la calle de la sede del club. Tenemos esta unidad y otra en la imagen del espejo justo al lado si necesita espacio para más. Podrá disfrutar de ser capaz de caminar por la calle de acceso a dos grandes piscinas, 2 jacuzzis, gimnasio, duchas, pequeño putting green, cocina y salón.

También contamos con asientos al aire libre en el patio lateral, así como en el patio trasero. Disfrute de la parrilla al aire libre en la parrilla de gas Weber con acceso a un patio cubierto de hierba.

Nuestra casa está completamente amueblada profesionalmente y todo es nuevo. Cada cama cuenta con total comodidad en mente desde el colchón para edredones de plumas. Cada habitación ha sido decorada con buen gusto y por etapas para su máximo confort.

Algunas de las comodidades de la casa incluyen; tres televisores inteligentes de pantalla plana con servicio de cable, bluetooth sistema de sonido capaz, reproductor de DVD, de alta velocidad inalámbrico a Internet, cocina completamente equipada, lavavajillas, microondas, nevera con fabricador de hielo y dispensador de agua, lavadora y secadora, dormitorio principal con una cama king paseo in closet, baño principal, dormitorio 2 con cama de matrimonio, 3 dormitorios con dos camas literas completas sobre los gemelos de fondo en la parte superior (6 plazas), segundo baño, ropa de cama de lujo, garaje para dos coches, relojes de alarma en cada dormitorio con radio, escritorio / oficina espacio y mucho más.

Si te gusta jugar al golf estamos justo al lado de Coral Canyon Golf Course. El acceso a los caminos de golf son sólo por nuestra calle. Los descuentos se proporcionan para su estancia en Coral Ridge Retreat.

Washington Utah townhome

The property was perfect for our 2-week stay. We were fairly close to both Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon, as well as multiple golf courses in the area. Having the pool and hot tub just across the street was an added bonus! The property is loaded with games, books, and activities for children so this would be a perfect location for young families!

A Fun Family Getaway!

AMAZING host and GREAT home

We stayed with our 4 young kids at Charie’s beautiful home. It was immaculately clean, well stocked (kids loved the toys!), and in a great location. It was perfect for what we needed. The AC wasn’t working the first night but Charie went above and beyond to make it right- so grateful for a responsive host. My only complaint (& may not bother some people) is that the deterrent used for the sheets is extremely strong. If you are sensitive to fragrances at all it was very overwhelming. Otherwise everything was amazing!

Wonderful location and home!

The home is beautiful, spacious, and well located. The host, Charie, is very communicative and helpful. Our family traveled to Zion NP and Kanarra Falls from this location. Zion NP is about 40 minutes and Kanarra about 35. Easy and quick drives. The house is lovely and well stocked.

Lovely as always!!

This home is amazing! Everything you need and more. This is our third time staying at CRR and it never disappoints! The owners are kind, helpful and available if you should need them. The house is in a great location to get to anywhere in St. George and the surrounding areas. We will continue to come back every time!

Fun family trip

Stayed with my family for a weekend to visit a couple different surrounding area events. We loved this VRBO. It was very clean and beautiful. The community center was great with some fun amenities. All seven of us were easily accommodated in the VRBO. When we visit St. George again this one will be at the top of our list.

Amazing rental!

Perfect St George Property

Fun stay for presidents day sweekend

We stayed for 5 days over presidents day weekend. We have stayed in this area before at a different condo. We really enjoyed this one the most. The layout was great. Had those little extras, I appreciated as a parent like some games, toys and dvds for our younger kids. We loved the pool and the cute towels. The owner was responsive when we had questions and lots of information for family and adult activities. We will be coming back again soon!!!!

Great central location and amenities

The location of this property was perfect for access to all that Southwest Utah has to offer. having the community center right across the street to relax in the pools or hot tubs was fantastic after long days of hiking and golf. The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils you could possibly need and was a great help for us as it made cooking in a breeze. Will definitely recommend this property!

Wow! Amazing Rental!

Thank you for letting us stay at this beautiful home! We absolutely loved it. Perfect in every way. It was beautifully decorated! Beds were very comfortable. Home was stocked with everything we needed and didn't have room to bring ourselves (board games, cards, kids toys, books, DVDs/movies, pool toys, extra pillows, and more!). The backyard was the perfect size for our kids to run around and get rid of the extra energy. We contacted the owner during our stay and her responses were quick and very helpful. The walk to the pools (2) and hot tubs (both heated) was extremely short - literally a few feet away. The pool water was warm enough for us adults too! We travel to St. George area often and this rental was one of our favorites.

Great Jumping Off Location for Southern Utah.

Great Place for our family trip to Zion

This property was perfect for our family of five. Right across the street from the pool, toys/activities for our young kids and a great backyard. The house was super clean and had everything thing we needed. Great location for our trip to Zion and only 10 minutes from St George. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Stay!

Great home with everything a family would need! Enjoyed the super spacious home, warm temps, and pool/hot tub just across the street. Will stay again when back in the area. Super close to Zion and local hiking as well. Great to get away and relax!
