Easy to get in and out. The Lennox staff was very helpful and friendly.
Email communication with customer service was pretty hostile without provocation. The first email I got from them wasn’t bad but had a lot of fines spelled out. The day before I left, another email came that was mostly spelling out the fees and penalties for for a late checkout. Felt like they expected me to be late without talking to them first when I was leaving 6 hours before checkout! The whole correspondence piece was unpleasant.
