Stay in the middle of Georgetown history and beauty!This is a historical row house that is excellently stocked and perfectly located. Much of Georgetown is walkable from here—and DC and the zoo are easy to get to. Note that the claw-foot tub is the shower—so good balance and agility are necessary to use it. The HVAC keeps the downstairs cool, but the upstairs can be warm. Regardless, we loved our stay here and will definitely stay here again any chance we get!

We had a wonderful stay in Georgetown. The space was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was incredibly convenient, and the location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from great restaurants and stores. The host was extremely responsive and communicative, which made the entire experience seamless. It worked perfectly for all of our needs. We would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely family get together in Georgetown

Had a great time in Georgetown!

Cherie's property was in a great location to explore Georgetown. We made good use of the backyard and would definitely come back to stay again.

quiet, clean, comfortable - plus a great glass enclosed patio space with table/chairs!

Host is super easy to communicate with; house is in lovely tree-centric neighborhood, easy walk to businesses, and a nearby park, too.

Great Place, Great Location!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Quiet upscale neighborhood in the heart of Georgetown. Host was wonderful to deal with. Spacious with nice garden in back. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful quiet area in Georgetown. House had great character but was also a nice respite from touring around DC. Property well maintained and clean. Thank you! We would stay again if ever in DC/Georgetown.

The host was excellent! We had plans to grill as a grill was stated in the description- however we noticed there was not a grill when we got there. I contacted the host and she immediately apologized explaining how the grill got damaged in a storm a couple months ago. She had a grill delivered to us immediately!! She was so quick to respond and take action! I highly recommend staying here.Something to add: there is no lighting outside which would be nice to have but in no way a deal breaker. Great place!

Cozy Georgetown Retreat

Lovely home in a great neighborhood. Easy walking distance to restaurants, attractions. We walked everywhere but it would have been easy to get Uber/Lyft. Cherie was very easy to communicate with, promptly responded to questions.

Great place to stay!

The owner was helpful, the property in great condition and there were a lot of extras, like books on DC, a map, fans in all of the bedrooms and everything was clean and orderly. It’s also a very close walk to the “strip” in Georgetown on Wisconsin, but also very quiet. Would stay here again!

A wonderful week in Georgetown and DC. Cherie’s home and attention to detail made our week absolutely perfect The location made it easy to walk to restaurants, shopping, sightseeing and parks. Located on a quiet street and surrounded by beautiful architecture and landscape this home is top rate inside and out Great attention to detail and Comfort for the guests is obvious and there are many indoor and outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the views. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely return.
