The only thing good about this listing, is the location. Upon entering, I opened a seltzer water and no less than 20 fruit flies started swarming. We called the customer service number, no action. I had to cover plates of food with napkins and lift the napkin up everytime I needed to give my children bites to avoid flies. I took my children elsewhere to spend the night b/c I was disgusted by the flies, we called customer service again. They finally sent someone the day before we were leaving but it didn't help. However, worst of all, we needed to catch a flight the following day, so at 10PM I opened the washer to do a load of laundry and there was a ridiculous amount of black mold. I called immediately, they told me there was nothing they could do. I asked what I am supposed to do with our wet clothes from pool, we brought our $40 resort towels that were too wet to take with us, and I didn't trust their dryer knowing that their washer was full of mold. The last thing I need is mold spores getting into our kids clothes. The agent said to take pictures in order to get reimbursed. It's been 14 days since we checked out, we have called no less than daily asking about our refund and reimbursement. They apparently have no record of our belongings, and have yet to reimburse. I have pictures of the flies, mold and belongings. If there was a place to post, I would. This property is under Global Luxury Suites, do not rent units from this dishonest company.
