Apartment was spacious and clean. Updated appliances and finishes. Perfect alternative to a hotel. Concierge in the lobby was very friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient and easy in/out. Will definitely stay again.

The apartment was very clean. It is close to the metro and there is a corner market a few feet away. WE enjoyed our stay!

Spacious, modern, clean, secure apartment within 20min flat easy walking distance to the Smithsonian's and Capitol One Arena! Convenient supermarket around the corner (Street Market). Stayed here with our 12 & 15yo. Really enjoyed our stay here!

Apartment is not achotel

Nice having the apartment, but they should have had additional toilet paper. We just had enough. It’s not a hotel room, but they need to have it stocked better.

Unfortunately, the place was not clean. The bed had what appeared to be animal hair in it.There was hair and used eye contacts on the floor. As it was the evening, when I discovered the dirty bedding, I slept on the couch the first night. When I contacted the host the next morning, they didn't have anybody working as it was the weekend.So the solution was that I change the bedding myself. Which was fine, if I at least had been given a bit of a discount on my stay. Which was mention by the host. However, I did not receive a discount at the end.

La tarifa que anuncian es falsa. Al pagar aumentan servicios, terminamos pagando 50% más de lo que ofrecen en la página. Son un fraude. Además de que cuando llegamos las llaves de la habitación no funcionaban y tuvimos que esperar 2 horas a que arreglaran el problema, pudiendo asignar otra habitación. Fatal. No recomiendo el lugar.

What a great place, people, and view. Within walking distance to many things. You could walk to the white house if you wanted (.7 miles away).

ロケーションも良く、部屋は快適でしたが、予約後に直接エージェントから確認メールが多々入り、料金もクリーニングコスト等後から請求されました。移動の途中で利用するにはいちいち詳細を余分に確認しなければならず、面倒。普通のホテルにチェックインした方が楽だったと後悔しました。時間に余裕ある旅行の方向け。

Overall the property was nice, BUT it is right over the main garage entrance/exit, so every time the garage gate is opened (all times of the day and night) you can hear it very loudly. Additionally, the bedroom windows only have miniblinds, and could really use some blackout curtains, as the street lights are right outside and the room stays very bright.

Great for small family

Awesome location, walk-able to National Mall, Chinatown, most major attractions, restaurants, shopping, bars. Cute apartment in great neighborhood.

I loved the convenient location, across the street from my daughter's building and in walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. We spent three nights in this apartment that offered us a good amount of space for two adults and was comfortably furnished. We enjoyed the building's amenities of the outdoor space on the ground level and the rooftop pool area. We would recommend this apartment and would definitely rent it again. The management company was easy to reach and responsive.

The apartment was in a great location with easy access to metro. The building was lovely. The furnishings were nice and bed was comfy. The owners could put a little more effort into stocking the apartment. There were only 6 hangers in a big closet with no dresser drawers. They ask you to wash the towels but there was no laundry detergent. Tissue box and floor mat in the bathroom would be nice and there were only 3 coffee mugs. Kitchen could definitely use more items. Overall great place and we would return, but would bring our own hangers:)

Misleading photography and information

Pictures shown of apartment are Miss leading, our place was more representative of a secondhand shop with a mishmash of items. Both beds were similar to hammocks. Apartment owners in the building are not fond of short stay rentals said one owner I meet during my stay. Which I can understand. Unfortunately ownership decides the hours of the pool on a day to day basis which stinks when your vacationing with kids. 8PM on one night 9PM the next. Would not recommend this location for families. If it would not have been the busy July 4 week I would have attempted to cancel after the first night and found something else but with a family of five that’s nearly impossible last minute.

DC apartment

We had a very good time staying at the apartment with an excellent location. The only drawback was we were told it was with a handicap accessible bathroom which it was not. Everyone else enjoyed staying there. Would have appreciated better tv service.

The apartment is very spacious (by New York standards), secure and in a very well maintained building. Everything was in walking distance with Logan Circle to the one side and Du Pont Circle to the other. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location, centre of all things to do. Full kitchen, washer dryer always welcome. Needs a little touch up with painting and general maintenance. Nice place to stay however.

There was no functioning airconditioning machine. Had to stay in a hot room with temperature of 78 degrees. The problem of the A/C could not be fixed( but attempted).

Location was excellent and building was good, but the apartment needs some attention. Many household items are worn out and need replacing. For example, the master bedroom mattress was worn out to the point of being uncomfortable. Not enough flatware and glasses were provided. The carpet was stained and needed to be shampooed. Dishwasher didn’t work well. Shower was so extremely ‘low-flow’ that it was difficult wash in the morning. Overall a great location but the property managers need to make more of an effort to provide an experience that lives up to what was advertised. I still give it a positive review anyway because of the location/building being so ideal, and other things (like WiFi and washer/dryer) that worked as advertised. Also nice that little things like paper towels, toilet paper, and shampoo were provided, which is not always the case.
