Summary:

The Grand Riviera is a combo of 2 condos in Escondido. Red Riviera sleeps 8; Desert Riviera sleeps 10 guests. They are not connected by a passthrough door but are located next to each other. Both condos have an open concept main floor with large well stocked kitchen for preparing meals and large sectional to seat the whole family. It's a great place to spend family time! Off the main living areas are 2 patios with seating, perfect for relaxing in the evenings or whenever you want some fresh air!



The Space:

Escondido is a brand new community so will have construction around the neighborhood. You will have access to the pickleball court and the community pool.

Master Suite (upstairs) - King bed with private en-suite. Also has a Sofa bed (full size), Sleeps 1-3



Guest Bedroom (upstairs) - Queen bed, Sleeps 1-2



Bunk Room (upstairs) - Queen bottom, XL twin top bunk bed, Sleeps 1-3



UNIT 2 - DESERT RIVIERA



Master Suite (downstairs) - King bed and private ensuite, Sleeps 2



Guest Suite (upstairs) - Queen bed, Twin bed with trundle and private ensuite, Sleeps 4



Bunk Room (upstairs) - Two sets of Triple Bunk beds (twin size) and a Queen bed with private ensuite, Sleeps 8



Parking: The home has a small garage and additional unnumbered parking spaces are available around the community within walking distance. If bringing an ATV trailer, they can be parked in an open parking space, but must be un-hitched from support vehicle. There are extra long parking spaces located on one side of the community for Trailers and RVs.​​​​​​​ There is an outlet for an EV charger, bring your own cord.
