hotel is well located, very close to the Mall, and in front of the Spy museum, our experience was disappointing, when we check in person at reception did a mess, and charge us despite the room was pre-paid, we said to her, and a colleague corrected her, following day I discovered I was charged, went down to reception they said they would look at it, they fix it the last day of our stay and to be fair the offered as complement the valet parking that I appreciated, but my card was with less limit during our stay (as I was charged twice) which was unfortunate, other thing I didn't like is that the third of our stay the announced restaurant for breakfast was closed and gave us some sturbuck vouchers, which was not the same, queue was huge and not well managed. Overall experience vs pricing paid was disappointing.

Beautiful hotel, great location, Starbucks in the lobby. Gorgeous room and bathroom. Only complaint is the air system. They have a very loud air system running all the time in the ceiling. Turning the fan off helped but could still hear it quite loud in the walls. To the point of hearing it over the tv/ needing ear plugs to sleep. Not sure why they need that / perhaps it doesn’t work right. Maybe it was just near our room. Everything else was great.

This property is located close to the museums and the Wharf area. It is so convenient plus is a beautiful hotel. This was our second visit and we enjoyed it a lot. Kudos to Lorena at the front desk for being helpful and very pleasant.

We liked the restaurant and the staff. We like that we could walk to the Wharf, shops and Metro. We did not like the shower curtain. Wasn't long enough and water seeped out into the bathroom. We did not like that there were no where to store our clothes.

The place was pretty well maintained. The staff was very responsive and kind. I felt welcomed by everyone. The area is very near the Wharf, so food and outdoor activities are within a five minute walk. The National mall is a 10-20 minute walk away. The DCA is a 10-20 minute drive. Very convenient. Well worth the money. I enjoyed my stay.

The property itself is just fine. Quiet, clean, well appointed with everything we needed. Easy walk to the Wharf and the Mall. Access to Metro right downstairs. If you have kids, there is fast food court and the Wharf is very close with lots of dining options. Other than that, though, there aren't a lot of dining or shopping options in the immediate area. But easy to grab a rideshare. Staff was friendly. Would stay again.

We visited with family during the cherry blossom season. The rooms were clean, comfortable beds and location is superb. Walking distance to most monuments. I would stay there again.

The room provided us did not have a working air conditioning unit and also looked more like a closet than a room. We requested another room and received it but there was no apology from the front desk…as if, our inconvenience didn’t matter-just rude. The hotel experience was the worst for a Hilton I’ve had in some time.

Fantastic location to visit all of the area monuments and historical sites. Beautiful hotel marked only by ridiculously restricted water pressure in the shower. There was barely even enough water to use the hand sprayer. Worst I've ever experienced in a hotel.
