Amazing Concierge HUGE property
We stayed in both sides of the property and it was HUGE. We had a 18 person family mini reunion and with 8 adults 7 kids and 2 infants had no issues with space and everyone had a bed! The space is bigger than it appears in the pictures. Very clean, and well kept. Nice finishes as well. At first, we were nervous about the neighborhood and were not sure if it was safe. Next thing I know, our 9 year old son is walking over daily to play basketball with the local boys. The neighborhood is Columbia Heights. it is about 20/30 minutes from all of the DC main attractions. The best part by a landslide was the concierge service leading up to the trip. We had a lot of asks- including getting our hired chef into the space beforehand (they met us out there on a sunday between guests to accommodate this.. SO EXTRA!). We also asked for housekeeping every day (we paid for this of course) and Ashley did all the leg work to find this for us. Also, I asked Ashley for suggestions on what to do that didnt feel super political, and she sent me several GREAT ideas and I could tell this took her a long time to do as it was curated for my unique requests. Just in general leading up they were so helpful and accommodating- it felt above and beyond what most hosts do and it made planning a very detailed agenda kind of trip (to keep a lot of kids entertained) so much easier. Overall VERY happy with the space.
