It offers a lovely kitchen for everyone to gather and cook their favorite meals.
The living room features a 65 inch Sony TV to watch all of your favorite TV shows and movies. You will have access to Netflix, Hulu, ESPN & Disney+.
The rooftop is a great place to see the amazing views of the city.

Located just a quick walk away from the best restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and fitness centers, you are truly in the heart of it all.
The nearby Columbia Heights Metro station is only 0.6 miles away. A very short walk (0.3 miles) brings you to the Medical Center (including Children's National) and makes your commute easy and puts you in quick proximity to anything your heart desires in our nation's capital.

This was an exceptional place to stay for our visit in Washington DC. We found it very clean, well decorated and stocked and very inviting. It was very easy to get into town and back for a concert and sightseeing. Definitely put this spot on your list for your stay in DC!

We had a lovely stay! The neighborhood was quiet and within 15-20 min walks to Metro stations and playgrounds.Everything was clean and the kitchen stocked with plenty of cookware.The only downside was the noise if anyone upstairs is walking around.

Great Place!
We've stayed in many VRBOs over the years, and this was one of the best. The hosts are super communicative and very easy to work with. The place is very spacious for a Washington visit, super clean. We watched 4th of July fireworks from the roof! Parking is on the street, but we never had trouble finding a spot. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location near Washington Hospital Center
Short walk to Washington Hospital Center, very clean, very comfortable, modern, everything we needed for a 4-day stay. Be aware that heat is controlled through an app (bring your Google password) which we were unable to make work, but host responded quickly when we asked to adjust. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location and family friendly home.
We had a wonderful visit in DC and the location and comfort of this home was prefect for the 5 of us. The manager gave us dining information and promptly responded to our questions and needs.

Mark's place was clean, well stocked with towels and linens and a cool, refreshing place to rest out of the heat and humidity of DC. We recommend anyone traveling with kids or who are not used to long walks from Metro stations, to grab the bus stop on Georgia Ave. It is super close to Mark's place, and then you can take it to the Shaw/Howard Metro stop to easily navigate around DC. Mark was a very responsive host.

Washington Gem!
We vacationed in DC and wanted a place to just park and use public transportation to all that DC has to offer. This place was perfect! Easy access to the Columbia Heights station. The space had a great layout, was clean and had everything we needed. Mark was a wonderful host and so responsive if we had any questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Best VRBO Ever!
The host was fantastic. Very pleasant neighborhood with only a brief walk to the metro made it the perfect place to stay.
The commanding 360 degree view from the roof has a lake in the foreground and the dome of the capital in the distance.
