This is such a beautiful home, with the largest garage I have ever seen! We had the most parking we have ever had at a VRBO! It was so clean and comfortable! We love the community pool with the big lazy river! The location is close to everything! The owners are so accommodating and so kind! We stayed for four nights with our family and absolutely loved our time in this home!

Great location, great times!

We (8 adults and 1 child) needed a home base for Ironman 2025 - and this home was a perfect fit for the week. Activities included multiple trips to St. George for race logistics, two days at Zion, multiple state parks, Pioneer Park and more. The weather was warm for May and the nearby pool was a smash hit at the end of busy days. The house was clean and well-appointed - 4 king beds and 4 bunk beds were perfect for us. The garage was HUGE and very helpful for our particular needs. Kristen was great to work with - suggesting activities for a rainy day and accommodating us on the check-out time. We highly recommend this home for your stay!

Great for Everyone

The owners of this place have thought of everything to make your stay, comfortable, inviting, and enjoyable. Everything was perfect and exactly as advertised. Plenty of space for everyone. We especially enjoyed all the king rooms with private baths and ample parking for all our trucks and trailers. Highly recommend this property..

Perfect for families

The property was perfect for two families to share. We loved the cleanliness, accommodations and how close to the freeway for getting to all our soccer games. The kids were a little bummed that the water slide was closed but still enjoyed the pool and hot tubs.

Amazing house! Amazing location! Amazing pool!

It is perfectly located for access to Zion and Cedar Breaks. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and close to restaurants and groceries. The kitchen is well stocked and the garage is huge with its own refrigerator. There are two laundry rooms! Loved this house!

Super clean, comfortable and nice

We loved our stay at the property and would definitely stay here again! The home was so clean and had everything we needed. We loved all the bedrooms with private bathrooms. The large parking lot just a street over was perfect t for parking our toys. This host thought of everything from an extra fridge in the garage to pickleball and pool accessories! We had a great stay!

Family friendly - Great Location!

Loved this home for our combined families! Very comfortable with plenty of beds/baths, great patio for morning coffee. Located across the street from the fabulous pool/moat/slide area which filled our afternoons with hours of fun for all - even in 110 deg.! Hiking, biking, golf, all within minutes. Great location!

Amazing Home and Stay

Host was extremely easy to work with and communicate with prior AND during the stay! The home was immaculately clean and we had no issues at all. Beds were extremely comfortable and everyone slept great! Location to the pool was a dream. I don't think we could have picked a better home to stay at. We will definitely stay again if we are on the area! Thank you so much!!

Soccer Tournament

Our stay was incredible, the homes was in a great location to get anywhere. It was clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive and even had some Powerade for my kids and their soccer games. We had a great time and will use this home again.

Awesome place!

We stay at VRBO’s 3-4 times a year and this one is one of the best we’ve stayed in. Lots of space for multiple families (lots of bathrooms too!). We loved the beds and the bedding. Very comfortable! We loved having a second fridge in the garage and tons of parking available. The kids enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and lazy river! The house was very well stocked and even had some shampoo and laundry soap to use (two sets of washer & dryers!) There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like!

Best rental ever!

The entire process with the host was amazing. So accommodating, understanding of weather conditions, flexible and the best I have ever worked with. Bonus, her Home was perfect! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen well Supplied, everything was perfect! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Home

Our extended family stayed in this beautiful home when we had kids playing in soccer tournaments. It fit seven adults and seven kids with room to spare. The home is beautifully decorated and was very clean. Kristen is a wonderful host and responded quickly when we requested an additional night because we needed to come a day earlier. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome house!

A couple of my friends and I were in town for a few days for a competition and rented this house. The competition was very time intensive and lead to very long days. Regrettably we did not get to use the house to its fullest (the kitchen, grill, patio with amazing view) but it was nice to come back to a clean and comfortable place to get some rest and get ready for the next day. Everything from the booking to the checkout was seamless even though I messed up the check in procedure, I communicated with the owner and all was good. Would definitely recommend the home.

Fabulous experience

This home was so perfect for our Family Thanksgiving away from home. They had everything we could possibly need and enough space to fit everyone’s needs. The owners were so accommodating to work with - we will certainly come back again!

Great house, great location

Couldn’t ask for a better vacation rental. Perfect for location, family friendly, responsive owner, large garage perfect for 3 full size SUV’s, beautiful view. House was very clean and well supplied with cleaning, laundry, and bathroom items and extra linens.
