  • ¡Bienvenido a Sunshine Serendipity donde vive SUNSHINE! Harás felices descubrimientos y crearás los mejores recuerdos en esta increíble Villa Master Suite de 4 habitaciones, ubicada a solo 32 millas del Parque Nacional Zion.  Tiene capacidad para un máximo de 18 huéspedes.

    También hay una hermosa piscina comunitaria climatizada y una bañera de hidromasaje. La piscina también cuenta con una piscina para aquellos que quieran nadar.  Senderos para caminar y parques cercanos. Todos están a poca distancia de la casa.

    Esta casa es el lugar perfecto para ciclistas de montaña y amantes del aire libre del sur de Utah.  Sunshine Serendipity se encuentra en la nueva comunidad llamada The Casitas at Sienna Hills. Situado cerca de todas las atracciones del sur de Utah.  El parque nacional de Zion está a solo 32 millas, Sand Hollow y Quail Lake State Park están a solo 5 minutos, en el centro de St. George a solo 10 minutos.  Incluso puede pedalear desde su garaje a interminables rutas de ciclismo de montaña como Prospector Church Rocks Loop.  El J. La sala de estar tiene dos cómodos sofás, una silla y un gran televisor de pantalla plana. También disfrutarás del amplio patio trasero con hermosas vistas. El patio tiene una barbacoa y muebles de patio para disfrutar de la cálida brisa del desierto.

    La suite principal de nivel principal cuenta con una cama king size. La habitación está perfectamente decorada y cuenta con TV de pantalla plana.  El baño principal tiene dos lavabos y una cabina de ducha. También cuenta con un gran armario con vestidor.

    El segundo dormitorio principal también se encuentra en la planta principal, que cuenta con una reina.  El segundo baño principal tiene una bañera con ducha combinada. También tiene una barra de apoyo en la ducha

    El tercer dormitorio principal está en el segundo piso, que cuenta con 2 camas queen size. Además, cuenta con un escritorio. El tercer baño principal tiene una bañera con ducha combinada.

    El cuarto dormitorio principal tiene dos juegos de camas gemelas sobre literas completas. El cuarto baño principal cuenta con una combinación de bañera y ducha.

    1 rey, 3 reina y 2 juegos de literas gemelas sobre lleno. 4 camas gemelas aerodinámicas.

Serendipitous stay!

This property was perfect for our extended Memorial Day weekend getaway with the family and our pups. It was so clean and comfortable. Tons of amenities and great location. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great property.. it has great privacy and great views .. house has a perfect layout with a great tv room upstairs Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with basics

Amazing Stay!

This place was perfect for what we needed. House was very clean and exactly as advertised. Our kids loved the air hockey and hidden play space under the stairs. We highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely recommend this home! The house was exactly as described, clean, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we appreciated the attention to detail from the owners and property managers.The location was excellent, and we especially enjoyed spending time in the house, which made our vacation even more relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.The only suggestions we would make are minor. The refrigerator took a little while to get cold, so an upgrade might be worth considering. Also, adding YouTube access to the TV would be a great enhancement for guests who enjoy relaxing at home in the evenings, as we do.Overall, these were very small details compared to what was otherwise a fantastic experience. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality, we look forward to coming back!

Beautiful home!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. We especially liked how close the pool was to the house. There was some issues with the upstairs tv and we were never able to get it working, however we would consider staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay

This was one of 2 properties we rented for our soccer team. All the gals enjoyed the stay. We were bummed when the hot tub broke, but we got to use it a couple of times before that happened. It would have been nice to use after our last 2 games, but that wasn't to be. :)

Excellent!!

Can't say enough good things about this property! We had such a good time. Everything you can think of is provided, all towels for the pool as well as showering at home, the kitchen is stocked with every kind of appliance you could want, every kind of baking dish or pan. There is soooo many pool toys, loungers for adults and kids a wagon for pulling the kids and pool toys to the pool. A great bbq on the back patio, the linens were exceptional ( I want to know where they are from! lol). Really just the best we will definitely be back again!!!

One of the best!

This is one of the best homes we’ve ever stayed in. The home is furnished like a home rather than a rental property. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and bake. The living room has table lamps for cozy ambiance in the evening. The kids play area under the stairs was a hit with our toddler. The hosts were very responsive. We had a small issue with the kitchen faucet, and they had a repair person out within a few hours. Overall we can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s a winner!!

We had a great time!

The property is a great space, every room has a bathroom! Lots of fun social spaces! And the air hokey is the best!!!! The kitchen has every appliance that you could need. I love that this place is dog friendly, thanks! We were able to communicate with the property manager, but they didn’t seem to feel the need to fix the broken lock on the front door… so we were worried and tried very hard to not get locked out. There’s not a garage door opener, just a key pad. Other than that we very much enjoyed it stay!

Great property in a great location

Our family group of six adults, two kids and one infant fit perfectly. We stayed two nights and the location was perfect for the wedding we were attending. The property had the perfect amenities for every age. It wasn't wheelchair accessible but our disabled grandmother was able to manage the one step into the property with a little help. The play area under the stairs was used constantly by the kids (although it could have used a some light in the corner). There were two pack and plays and a high chair that were all in good condition. Half the group swam in the HOA pool and there were plenty of beach towels. The mini toiletries were appreciated by those of us who forgot to bring our own. The kitchen was well-stocked for the one meal we prepared. The property was clean, the A/C was perfect for July and there was plenty of space to spread out. We would definitely stay here again.

Best rental home ever

We've stayed in this community several times visiting St George for kids athletic tournaments. The location is great for I-15 and SR-9 access, and the community pool has been consistently clean and pleasant. This house has a great layout and is well stocked with EVERYTHING (including dish towels which can be hit or miss and drives my wife crazy). We loved playing air hockey and ping pong and sitting on the back porch. This unit backs onto a bluff and has a particularly nice view and open space that is outstanding compared to the units in the interior of the community. This one is top of our list for when we return.

This place was GREAT!!

This place was spacious and had everything. The ping pong table came in quite handy. The bed were comfortable. The AC worked. The pool was awesome. They allowed our dog and he loved it too!! Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay there again.

Relax and Play

Our family loved our stay here. The home is beautiful with great art and furnishings. The beds are supportive and comfortable. There was something to engage each of the 3 generations and enough room for everyone to spread out and have alone time when needed. You can literally bike onto trails from the house. We would love to stay here again.

Great stay at convenient location

The house was beautiful and clean. Entry was simple and they had everything we needed including a waffle maker! There was plenty of space for our group and made for a great stay.
