Faisal was a great at communicating and check in was easy. We loved the location which was just an easy 15 minute walk from the Metro and the neighborhood which was safe. The kids enjoyed the beautiful playground across the street. The pictures were mostly accurate though a TV was missing in the bedroom with the mini fridge. The kitchen was spacious and as a family of nine there was plenty of room for all of us. Some tips for improvement would be extra cutlery in the kitchen as it only had five forks. Additionally, there was no sheet between the fitted sheet and comforter. There was only one smoke detector that I saw on the entire three floors and none on the floor with the kitchen. The patio was nice but I wish there were cushions on the furniture as it was unusable. There was also trash on the front porch and some clutter throughout the house. When we arrived and turned on the TV we were trying to figure out how to get it working and saw the previous guests didn't clear out the internet tab which had porn clips on. This should've been cleared out before new guests arrived (especially considering we had children with us).Also, while the pictures were accurate the furniture was not enough for a five bedroom house. There were only six dining chairs and a couch that could fit three people. So we couldn't watch a movie or play games altogether.
