The property is comfortable, fairly convenient, and the hosts are OUTSTANDING. I picked it in part because it seemed to have a real kitchen. We were there for Thanksgiving, and I could actually cook and even host a couple of guests. In above and beyond: I asked the hosts if they had a springform pan so I could make a cheesecake (planning to buy one if they didn't) and they bought both a pan and a hand mixer. 11/10, would stay again!

Everything was as advertised. Close proximity to the capital. We walked everywhere and had a great time. I was a little worried about the parking, but the owner explained what was happening and it all worked out great. Thanks for the accommodation and the amazing time.

This apartment was perfect for our long weekend surrounding the Marine Corp Marathon. It is located in a nice neighborhood within easy walking distance of multiple metro stations. Getting to the monuments was just a short walk and train ride away. The kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking meals in but there wee also plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby. Would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent and super cute apartment for the week we stayed in dc. Super close to the capital, safe area for walking at anytime and loved the convenience. The host were fantastic at communicating with us quickly on any questions we had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

The location absolutely sells this rental. There is definite need of repairs to the property! The bathroom door doesn’t close properly and the property shows signs of lack of maintenance. There was mildew in one of the bedrooms and under the sink in the bathroom, which caused our allergies to flare. The beds were very comfortable.

We had a quick visit to D.C. and this property was in a convenient location, close to many monuments. Be prepared to walk. It's about a half-mile to Capitol Hill and nearly three miles to the Lincoln Memorial. We spent most of our time exploring the city, but when we were at the property, we appreciated how friendly and accommodating the hosts were. The only downside was that the furniture was a bit uncomfortable for sitting and sleeping.

Loved being in the capitol hill neighborhood. Loved the parking pass. Loved the very detailed book with information about the area, restaurants, metro etc. owner very responsive about coffee. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends.

Didn’t get parking pass after applying for one. Supposed to get one quickly according to owners. Got 45 ticket. Paid 85 for an air mattress that didn't stay inflated.

This was the perfect place for a family to be to visit D.C. Within walking distance of the capitol! 10-15 min walk to a metro station across from Trader Joe’s so we could grab groceries on our way home. Sweet, safe neighborhood. We loved it!!

Super cute neighborhood. Was great for a family. We got groceries and made breakfast and dinners at the house and got lunches on the go when we were out touring. A short walk to capital hill and longer, but still manageable for teens and adults to get to the further monuments. Will miss my morning runs to the Washington Monument and will visit again!

Great location and perfect for families

We stayed at this location while sightseeing in DC. The hosts communicated everything accurately and provided good instructions for checking in/out, and parking. The parking pass worked out really well and the townhouse had enough space for our family of five. One of the best things about this rental is the location. We walked to the Capital Building, Library of Congress, and metro bus stops. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. We would love to stay here again sometime in the future.

Great Location and Great Price

The location of this place is amazing! A ten minute walk gets you to the Supreme Court, the Capital, Eastern Market, and a metro station with easy access to the rest of the mall, monuments, and museums. The apartment itself is clean, well maintained, and well furnished. It is a surprising amount of space. The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful when needed. We would stay here again!

Just as advertised. Location was great! The rooms were as described. Great space for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable. The main reason I didn’t rate it a 5 is because even though the host mentioned that the shower was tricky to adjust, I actually found it rather difficult to operate. I either got very hot water or cold water without ever being able to adjust it to a happy medium. A few more hooks for bath towels would have also been helpful, but that is a minor detail. Overall I would recommend.

Great Capitol Hill Location for Walkers

We are two grandmas who love to walk and this apartment was the perfect base for DC exploration. It was also clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Eric is a great host who was helpful with our planning and quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely recommend to family and friends.
