Blown Away by Riverscape!

After years of vaca-rental experiences, Riverscape Host, Rebecca, deserves an Award for Outstanding Hospitality. She anticipated literally everything a guest might want or need to have an unforgettable stay;…and I mean EVERYTHING & then some! We arrived to find the property silent, except birds, gorgeous inside & out, w/asst complimentary gourmet snacks & wine on the dining room and kitchen; which was stocked w every utensil, appliance, a Keurig coffeemaker (that even had reusable pods to put your own coffee in.The bathrooms included therapeutic bath soaks. Living room had large streaming flatscreen and PlayStation games. Lots of books, indoor/outdoor games, a lovely pellet stove, and a fully-equipped dbl-monitor office setup…for anyone wanting to go online, author a book, or just HAD to work. …Outdoors, the huge wrap-around deck overlooking the river had a hot tub, BBQ, fire table, dining table and chairs, bird feeders w/Bistro lights and solar-powered lights illuminating at night and the expansive grass-covered yard w/a boulder-encircled fire pit & 11 folding chairs for large groups. Bc we brought our 2 dogs, we arrived to doggy beds, toys, treats, poop-bags, shampoo & odor-elim spray.The property and accommodations felt loved and appreciated by Rebecca…as tho she couldn’t wait to share it. She also made herself available for absolutely anything guests might need. We arc already discussing a future return to RiverScape! Best vaca-stay we’ve ever experienced!!

BEAUTFUL!

Rebecca and her property; both amazing! I stayed at this property for 5 days as a birthday gift and Rebecca greeted us with gifts and a birthday gift for me. Started my stay so amazing and it meant so much. The house is worth the price and the amenities that come along with it. The hot tub, fire-pit, grill, bath salts, location. Everything was amazing and I'd stay here again, felt so homey. I thank Rebecca so much for such a wonderful experience especially being my first time in Oregon. My friends and I enjoyed sitting at the fire-pit watching the river while our boyfriends grilled food hahah, such a core memory. If you are debating staying here, there is no debate. Stay here. Thank you Rebecca.

Good Place for Family

Great experience staying here. The host has done all the little things right. We really enjoyed the deck and the covered table and fire pit. Beds are cozy and the kitchen has everything you need. If you need a place not far out of town, check this one out.

Very welcoming host, not as private as it seemed

The house itself was great. Comfortable, warm and inviting with little treats left for us by the host. Only complaint is there is a neighbor who loves very close, and much of the orioerty was fenced off, leaving little area to walk around and explore, and with the neighbir watching us at times.

Was as amazing as the pics! Better! Great communication from host, thoughtful amenities and details. Loved the Igloo cooler for day trips on these hot days. Large computer monitors were great. Loved the deck, river and hot tub. Much more, we wrote in the house guest book. Thanks Rebecca

Beautiful home, but be wary of hidden fees

We stayed the weekend with some friends and we brought a dog with us. The house is beautiful, and it’s truthfully one of the most thoughtful rentals we have stayed at. They left snacks, candles, dog toys, instructions, etc. There is no river access - the post does say that - so just be careful to acknowledge it. The one thing that did aggravate us was the hidden fees. There was a fee for anybody over 2 people (this house is large and hosts 8, so you’re probably not just bringing two people and it was a DAILY FEE), there was a fee for a dog, and there was a fee for the hot tub. The hidden fees brought the rental to hundreds more than what VRBO had quoted us. The house is beautiful. The deck is gorgeous, and they are very thoughtful hosts, but given the sticker shock and the hidden fees, we wouldn’t stay again.

Great Stay

The property was clean and the view of the river was great. The hot tub was a nice thing to have in the evening with friends, and the location is great for access to the gorge. We all enjoyed our stay very much Rebecca was a great host and very accommodating. Communication was prompt and excellent. I would stay at this property again

Wonderful spot in the woods

Rebecca is the hostess with the mostest. A lovely lady who really cares about making your stay pleasant. She responded quickly to a couple of minor issues and while there she cleaned our dishes and left more treats! She even setup the campfire pit and left us fixins for smores 😋 It would've been nice to know the second bath was definitely meant for kids, the short commode was tough for the old folks to deal with and there were just two robes,in the master bath.

The best weekend, we all needed!

Our experience staying at the riverscape was spectacular. Rebecca was always quick to respond to any of our questions, along with we were all so impressed with the level of thought she has put into this house. Making sure we had everything we could need during our stay, before we even realized we may need it. Although we spent 90% of our stay enjoying the stunning patio, when it came to preparing our meals we were grateful for the well stocked and organized kitchen that had every seasoning you could want along with sharp knifes, and all necessary utensils. We will definitely be returning.

Rebecca’s house was absolutely amazing! It was a great stay and the home had everything needed! Rebecca left our girls a few surprises and a bunch of snacks for our stay! Peaceful and beautiful by the river

This spot was perfect for a peaceful and beautiful stay in nature. The owner has literally thought of everything! There was such a sense of ease and relaxation, we honestly couldn't have asked for anything better. Thank you for putting so much thought and care into your place. Even our dogs felt incredibly welcome!
