Great experience!
My family had the relaxing and enjoyable vacation we were hoping for in this spacious and clean home. The home was equipped with everything we needed not to mention the beautiful lake views. Lisa the owner was quick to respond with any inquiries that I had and even reached out to us to make sure we were comfortable the day we arrived. Overall, it was a great experience!! :)

Third stay
This was our third stay in three years and we plan to book again. Each time we stay the experience gets better. It’s a clean, large, open house, on a beautiful, quiet part of the lake that is mere steps away. This stay my husband and brother went golfing right down the road and my sister in law and I explored shopping with our kids. Anytime we’ve ever had questions, the owner responds immediately! Looking forward to coming back next year.

Great place!
We really loved our stay! Great spot right on the lake. We will stay again. One piece: 2 rooms share one bathroom, and you have to go through one room to reach the shared bathroom. Important to know depending on your group.

Great Lake House

We loved the screen porch but wish the furniture was a little more comfortable. The grill also left something to be desired. All in all still a very good stay.

I’m sorry you feel that way. My family came to the house after you left. We are all spending the week there to celebrate my mom and dad’s 64th wedding anniversary. We have sliced and cooked a whole tenderloin and grilled corn on the grill, we’ve also grilled hamburger/hot dogs, all without any problems. We are also spending hours on the screened in porch, enjoying the lake, sharing stories, and playing games. We are having a wonderful time!

Family getaway
There were 6 of us in our party. It was my wife and myself, my wife's mother and her husband, and my wife's sister and her husband. We picked these four days to celebrate my wife's sister's 60 birthday and give my wife an opportunity to share time with her family. My wife is going through ovarian cacer and had an infusion 3 days prior to our check-in. The house was as described and truly gorgeous. We used and enjoyed the large screened in porch. Only draw back was late August heat and humidity.

Quiet & Relaxing Getaway
Fabulous place. Quiet neighborhood. The inside was very nice with a great view of the lake and 3 of the 4 rooms have a queen bed with an adjoining bathroom for great privacy. For us, a king bed would have been better! The large screened-in porch has view of lake to see the water activities. Great fire pit, but bring your own wood. The electric grill worked, but a little small. Great access to the water for swimming, fishing (caught several fish), or boating. Just know the boat ramp is shared with the neighbor, and while his access is a straight shot to the water, this one is not. All in all, a wonderful place to enjoy the lake and unwind.

Great place to take your family. Some caveats...
The house was great and well stocked! The dock was nice and in deep enough water. The kitchen was easy to cook in and the AC worked well. Plenty of room and the place was relatively accessible for a lake house. Pretty good deal for the price. Some cons: The beds (mattresses) are all pretty uncomfortable. They're not the worst we've ever slept in but they're pretty close. One of the bedrooms is only accessible by going through another bedroom. The "bedroom" in the middle does not have locking doors. This was rather uncomfortable. Also, the shared boat ramp is largely impossible to launch from. The neighbor doesn't want to share his driveway (rightfully so) which would allow you to back you boat straight in. This means you need to take an extremely sharp turn through a large bush to make it to the ramp. The bush needs to be cut back significantly for the ramp to be usable. If you had a tiny truck and a jet ski, it might be possible.

Always Amazing!
This home never fails to deliver! I have stayed hear multiple times. Whether it is a group of friends or a family trip, it is always a great time! The property is beautiful, clean and wells stocked. The host is very responsive to all of your needs. I will book this again and again!

It was a very good location
If you're like me, you travel everywhere by boat. This house is in a great location for most everything. It sits within a fairly quiet cove close to Hwy 72/221. Lisa is very good to communicate with. Wished there were king sized beds in the bedrooms because each bedroom is very large. There's plenty of space....everywhere in the house. All the accommodations were really good. The kitchen is over the top with everything you need. We brought our own coffee maker since only a Keurig is provided. We will definitely use this house again.

Great weekend
We had an amazing time. One of the best things was the kitchen. Having the "essentials" for coffee or a basic meal was really awesome. When you go for a weekend its tough to pack all spices, cooking oil/spray, etc and expensive to buy for just one meal. This is the first home we have rented with these items and its the little things like that make a difference. The master and second bedroom was a little awkward to have to walk through our 15 year old's room each time to get to the master bedroom but we spent most of our time on the lake so it wasn't a real issue for us. Overall outstanding property and beautiful location.

Awesome property!
Perfect for our family vacation! Three master bedrooms are perfect for my husband and me and our grown twin sons, their wives and a grandson! Secluded, quiet and a great space for gathering. Would definitely book again! My daughter in law left her glasses and the owner mailed them to her. Amazing customer service!!

Watch the fish jump and birds soar right from the screened porch
Spacious house with everything you need. As with all lake houses, understand where you are on the lake in proximity to what you want to do. Having your own dock is great if you rent a pontoon, kayaks or SUPs. Our host was very responsive to a couple of hiccups we encountered and we spent an enjoyable week here.

Couples Trip
The house was so amazing, the pictures didn’t do it justice. Spacious enough for 3 couples to to have privacy and the decks has plenty of seating. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Great Stay
Very nice house. Had everything we needed to cook. I accidentally left my charger cord to my laptop and Lisa was very quick to respond and have the cleaning crew get it back to her. She then shipped it back to me. Thanks for a great stay.

Wonderful hosts!
When the weekend started off with an issue out of their control, they were at the house within an hour and then had professionals there to fix it as soon as possible the next day. Then they offered a refund for the night affected without being asked. The house was spacious, well stocked, very comfortable, wonderful to cook and craft for our family girls’ weekend. The porch is definitely the highlight! Highly recommend.

House on the Lake

Our adoption rental
We were in town for an adoption for our daughter and son in-law. The house was perfect for us. We really liked that each room was like a suite. We all had our own space. Our host was very accommodating and so kind! The view of the lake is beautiful! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone staying in the area!

Fabulous Family Weekend
This house was perfect for my extended family. Not only were the lake views very pleasant, the beds were super comfortable, kitchen well-stocked, and the house large enough for us all to get together for activities but have our space when needed. Can’t say enough about the screened porch!

Everything about this property was amazing. Would definitely rent again if we are in the area. We had everything we needed and enough space. If there was one appliance to suggest, it would be a small air fryer. Totally not necessary, but would be a great add.

The property is just as described! The views were great & the screen porch was the perfect place to sit & relax! We enjoyed having the boat dock & the extra dock! The swimming area is great with plenty of shallow area for kids to touch & deep water for jumping! We will definitely be renting again!

Greenwood lake is really nice. We loved the home. It was modern and lots of light. The highlight for us was the screen in porch and the views. The ceiling fan on the porch made it even nicer with cooling us off…home and amenities were nice. Great washer and dryer. Will stay again. Neighbors were welcoming and nice.

Great stay with everything you need!
We had a blast at Lake Greenwood! Lisa and Matt made sure the house had everything we needed and were great at communicating with all our needs. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, floating by the house and even rented a pontoon boat and docked it at our personal dock! There was also a BBQ festival going on in downtown which was a nice surprise! I highly suggest renting their house, you will not be disappointed!

Exceptional Lake Get-Away
This was the perfect home for our family & friends get-away vacation. The view from the kitchen/living room & screened porch was absolutely amazing! Everything in the home was well organized & worked perfectly. The private boat ramp was great for launching our jet skis. The owner & the next door neighbors were super nice folks. Great family vacation spot
The house was spacious, clean and well equipped. The screened patio was great. We brought our own rafts for swimming and some lawn game toys. Rented a pontoon boat at a nearby marina and golfed at The Links at Stoney Point. This is our 2nd year on Lake Greenwood and we love it!

Enjoyed Our Stay
We had a family get together for five nights and four days. We found the house to be very comfortable. Something that we appreciated was that it wasn’t packed full of furniture. The back screened in porch and deck were our favorites. We rented a pontoon boat for three days. The fishing wasn’t great because of the time of year but we enjoyed it anyway. The owner was pleasant and responsive to any questions or concerns that came up. If you’re looking for a place to go that is quiet and on the water you may want to check out this property.

Excellent Accommodations.
This property is perfect for our family of 3 couples and two children. Each family has their own beds, rooms and bathrooms. The screen porch is fantastic and it has a covered dock to park a boat. This is our second time there and we will be back.

Great for boaters!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!! The house was clean and very well stocked. I feel that they should advertise the screened in porch more in the ad! We spent all of our time on the porch watching the boat traffic. The lake breeze and ceiling fans felt great! It’s a nice little fishing hole on the slough also!

A most relaxing experience
The property is certainly well maintained and our stay was a pleasure. The screened in porch was the high point for us. We were out there from early morning to after dark just watching the water, turtles, heron, bluebirds and ducks. It is very quiet and peaceful. We brought and set up a table for a puzzle and worked our way through 2 big puzzles during the week right out on the porch. It was exactly what we were looking for. Lisa, the property owner, is very serious about making sure everything is working correctly. Our first day the garbage disposal wasn't working and I messaged her and let her know. Even though I said it was no big deal for us, she had her handyman there within about an hour and it was quickly repaired. Her response time was impressive. And if you are looking for a house with no stairs this is the place for you. Just one step out to the porch and two down to the master bedroom. So if you are someone who cannot do a lot of stairs, this house is perfect. We were already talking about coming back and gave the house high marks as the favorite one we have rented.

Lake living was wonderful!!
This was our 2nd rental on Lake Greenwood. Lovely modern home, open floor plan, wonderful kitchen, huge screened porch, deck. We grilled, fished from the pier, watched the boats from screened porch, and enjoyed the fire pit at night. 3 updated bathrooms and 3 spacious bedrooms. We needed a longer stay.

Wonderful spot for a birthday getaway!
We had a wonderful experience renting this property. We were looking for a short lake getaway where we could celebrate our daughter’s birthday and let her have fun fishing. This place was perfect! There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. It was spotless and well-stocked with linens, towels, cookware and dishes. All the amenities were provided and we were able to cook most of our meals there. The screened in porch was spacious and the lake view was amazing. There was some lake traffic, but not much. It was peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

Booking again
This house is perfect for two families coming together. My brother-in-law and his family stayed in one “side” of the house and my husband and I and our two kids stayed on the other “side.” We all congregated in the huge open space of the kitchen, living rooms, and beautiful open, screened in porch! Cooking was all the more enjoyable with the beautiful kitchen and views. We spent hours adoring the gorgeous lake as herons and mallards flew past. My kids and I spent hours sun bathing on the dock and swimming in the lake. The ladder made it easy for my kids and I to get in and out. Also, there are lots of games for the kids and families to enjoy. The bathrooms and beds are very nice and spacious. There aren’t any tubs, but no fear-the littlest (2) took a bath in the oversized kitchen sink! The washer and dryer are huge to accommodate all our laundry. The owners provided the nicest beach towels we’ve ever used. The vacation home is everything my family was looking for. We are hoping to make our stay an annual event. Thank you to the welcoming guests who shared their lovely home!

Peaceful getaway
This rental was just perfect for our family. The atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing. The neighbors are lovely. The house was clean, a full kitchen with probably one of the best spice selections we ever had in a rental. Lisa was awesome! She is very attentive to our questions and needs. Her response was impeccable. We hope we are able to return.

Family weekend
My family enjoyed our long weekend at the lake! Relaxing and fishing were the priorities and this was easily achieved :) Plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and 4 children! Check in/out process was very easy. Lisa made sure we had everything we needed and was very responsive when we contacted her!
