  • The perfect place for your get away. Not only is this home conveniently located within eye-site of Lost Island Waterpark & Themepark, you will have your own oasis to enjoy while you stay. Access to the full home, with kitchen, laundry, and a backyard that you won't want to leave. Sitting on a large corner lot, you will have a wonderful deck/patio, large pool, hot tub, and more. Why pay for multiple hotel rooms, when the whole group can stay here?!

    This quiet neighborhood is perfectly located. Walking distance to a Theme Park, Water Park, Casino, and golf course. Running in front of the property is also the Cedar Valley Nature Trail, which connects 50+ miles of bike trails from the Cedar Valley to Cedar Rapids. Other nearby amenities include shopping malls, dining, and nightlife. Easy access to nearby highways makes easy travel to the University of Northern Iowa and other nearby attractions.

I was extremely satisfied with everything.

The host was very attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. They made the stay feel like home away from home. I am very thankful for the opportunity to have such an amazing vacation with my family. Most definitely look forward to visiting again.

The house was perfect for our trip back home to visit family on Christmas. Clean, quiet & perfect location for us. Plenty of room too. And Justin was great to communicate with. Very prompt & thorough. Highly recommend and would definitely visit again.

90th Birthday Celebration

We found the booking, check-in, and check-out procedures so easy. The house was very clean with many extras. The location was quiet and yet close to much shopping as well as many restaurants and attractions. We will be looking at booking this same property in the future.

Adequate for Our Needs

We traveled with our adult children and grandchildren for a hard enduro event in Waterloo. We had plenty of space for our littles to play and enough beds for comfortable sleeping arrangements.
