  • This property is a 5 BR/2.5BA great for hunting or fishing groups. It is located outside of Watertown, SD which is prime hunting and fishing area. The home was built in 2006, and is located on a family farm.

    The house has a "great room" floor plan with nice kitchen, with bedrooms and bathrooms off to the side. So the space is great for hanging out together as friends or family. There is a laundry room which renters can use.

Excellent Rural Getaway

Group of friends stayed here for an ice fishing trip, place offered great space and sleeping arrangements for the group. Will definitely stay here again if in the area!

A group of 9 or my friends stayed here while ice fishing the area. The place worked perfect for us and filled every need we had.

Completly Amazing. Perfect

Perfect for all ages. Well equiped all around. Comfortable, quiet, relaxing. Many things to do nearby. Enjoyable just staying on the property. Did not once hear anyone say they were bored.

Great farmhouse in the country!

We loved this property! It was the perfect place for our family to stay while in the area for our son’s wedding. The home was extremely clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Larry was an excellent host! We would highly recommend this property to all our family and friends.

Great Family Hang-out

Our 2nd stay here for a big family gathering, including a bunch of small kids. Great lodge with lots of room and plenty of sleeping space. Nice outdoor patio, grill and fire-it that we spent a ton of time enjoying throughout our stay. Larry (our host) is great - flexible and good communications. Nice spot to view the local wildlife.
