  • Nestled along the Monterey Bay is one of the most scenic stretches of California's central coastline. Spanning 1 1/2 miles of pristine beach, the completely remodeled house is in a secluded, gated community with a collection of beautiful beachfront homes.

    Perfect family vacation, Pajaro Dunes is located 4 miles West of Watsonville, and 20 miles South of Santa Cruz which is home of the Beach Boardwalk and Santa Cruz Mountain Redwoods. 20 minutes to Monterey.

A nicely modernized shore house with an expansive deck and amazing view. Quiet, uncrowded beach that is miles long. Easy access to shopping in Watsonville. Excellent for a gathering of families or friends.

Excellent hosts and easy check-in. The hosts even offered to get our delayed luggage! How kind! Lots of bed space and deck space. A great stay!

Perfect home for our multi-generational family gathering, overlooking the beach. Appreciated the clean/not overly decorated interior. Decks on east and west side with tables/chairs for easy outdoor dining. And multilevel interior dining/living area meant we could cook, eat, talk, and view wildlife as one big family. Helpful and responsive host.

Another Great Stay

This the second time we've stayed at this home and once again we were very happy with the home. The location is unbeatable, sitting on the deck with the ocean just a few feet away is always a treat.

The deck was amazing as was the view of the ocean. The house was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. Seating in the great room was perfect. The host was responsive to us for whatever small question we had. Kitchen was well stocked. We hope to come back again next year

We had an incredible time as a family at Uma's property! So many unbelievable views experienced and joyful memories made.The house was incredibly clean and well prepared to receive us. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly want on a vacation, including multiple coffee and tea-making options. The pictures online did not do justice to the beauty of the home and the stunning front seat views of the ocean. So beautiful and peaceful!The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot with great pressure. The house is perfect for a larger family or friends getaway.Uma was very responsive and willing to occomodate our unique family's needs. There was clarity and openness in her communication style.Very much recommend this place and Uma as a host!

Excellent home with brilliant views. Great location and beach on your backyard. Had a wonderful time with family. The house was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying sunsets from the patio made the experience even more memorable. The neighborhood felt peaceful yet conveniently close to shops and restaurants. Communication with the host was smooth and welcoming throughout our stay. We would happily return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Great house, great location on the beach

Everything was great about the stay. Easy check in process, great communication from the owner, and a very welcome stay. We were steps from an uncrowded part of the beach. Would highly recommend !

Great location, great subdivision recreation amenities and spacious comfortable home with amazing ocean/beach frontage. 10 members of my family ranging in age from 11 to 88 and everyone had a wonderful time, gathering sea shells, playing pickleball and giant chess and relaxing.

Wonderful family celebration

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Uma’s home on the beach. The location was amazing with wonderful ocean views throughout. It was a perfect place to celebrate a family birthday with our extended family group. We hope to return soon!

Peaceful, spacious home

Spacious, comfortable home with amazing beach front location and equipped with everything we needed for a family gathering. We had not been to Pajaro Dunes for 30+ years and this home had exactly the nostalgic Pajaro feel we were seeking.

This home was exactly as described - amazing. We spent most of our time sitting outside while we watched a group of dolphins, several sea otters & a whale go by. Just delightful. Our group of 12 all enjoyed the ocean view & proximity to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with an abundance of basic needs (dish soap, paper towels, baggies, etc) as well as plenty of bath towels, lotion and even Q-tips! A large shopping center in nearby Watsonville has everything you need. Our family (ages 11-79) spent a day at the Monterey Bay Aquarium & another at the Santa Cruz boardwalk - something for everyone. Our 5 day stay was enjoyed by all. The host, Uma, replied to my questions promptly & was helpful with the inquiries we had. I highly recommend this home if you enjoy spending time right on the ocean.

She was very welcoming and responsive. We wished that there had been a "house book" explaining more. For example, we did not realize that you needed to reserve the Pickleball courts 24 hours in advance.

A Great Place for Family

We rented this place for my mom's 80th birthday and it was perfect. Plenty of space to gather. Uma was very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful Home, Great Location

This beautiful well kept home has great views and easy access to the wonderful sandy beach at Pajaro Dunes. Sit/dine, if you wish, on the front terrace with only a low fence between you and a beach that cannot be surpassed anywhere in the world. Excellent communications with the owner.

Making Memories

A beautiful stay with seven female friends. The location of the house and the deck outside is outstanding. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out and the amenities in the kitchen were plenty full. Communication with the owner was timely and attentive. We highly recommend this property!
