Our family (with adult children) had a wonderful week relaxing while enjoying the spectacular semi-oceanfront views at this spacious home in Pajaro Dunes. The beds were comfortable, the linens and towels were plentiful, the kitchen was well-stocked (a large pasta pot would be a welcome addition), the hot tub suitably hot on a chilly day, and the living spaces were conducive to hours of game-playing and conversation. The property management company was very responsive to our every need.We enjoyed a festive New Year's Eve with additional family and toasted 2026 off the deck overlooking the Pacific. What could be better?

We returned for another wonderful family vacation. This place has it all for us - space for everyone to spread out, well-equipped kitchen, great beach access, hot tub, and sport courts nearby. Well-Stocked Beach Home

Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us! This house really was the perfect retreat for our family for the holidays. The house was very well stocked (in kitchen, bath, and bedrooms) and was comfortable for us and grandparents. The proximity to the beach is amazing and the view was wonderful. The grandparents loved the driveway parking (not the case for all Pajaro Dunes homes) and the kids loved the large hot tub and pool table and appreciated being so close to the sport courts. Host was quick to respond. We have found our spot in Pajaro Dunes!

Family Beach Getaway

We all really enjoyed our stay. The living spaces are large and family friendly with lots of comfortable seating. The kitchen is well equipped-in fact, this is the most well equipped VRBO I’ve stayed in. The large covered patios were great. Proximity to the beach and other amenities is perfect. We really loved having a driveway to park in. I would definitely stay here again.

Happy70th Birthday

We loved the property for our family as we had space to spread out whilst being close to tennis as well as other fun site activities like horseshoe, bocce ball but best of all just steps from the beach. We could watch the waves from the deck and had two great barbecues on the back deck along with soaking in the hot tub. We will be back again as everyone loved it.

Really Beautiful Stay

The house is great. The location is amazing. It all makes for a very special vacation. Get your groceries and you really never have to leave! Only one comment for feedback is that the patio could have been cleaned before we arrived. But didn't really matter in the end!

Amazing spot!

This property was so amazing. The views were gorgeous, just steps from the beach. We had a really relaxing stay and would absolutely go again given the opportunity. The only downside is that there isn’t much going on in the little town. But the drive to Santa Cruz or Monterey is not too bad!

Overall A Great Stay

This is our second time staying at this house because we really enjoy it! The layout and amenities are great for our extended family to come and enjoy the beach. With that said, and given the price of renting this property, there are a few suggestions I would give for feedback. 1. The BBQ didn’t work. My husband (who knows his way around a bbq) tried using it for dinners three times and the BBQ wouldn’t hold the temperature like it should. We had to finish cooking our meats inside on the stove. I would have that BBQ looked at. 2. Cleaning the cobwebs from the deck railing would be a nice touch. 3. The spa had a bunch of sand in it upon arrival. It made the spa feel a bit grungy and I didn’t want to use it because of that. 4. The soap dispensers in the bathrooms need to be cleaned or replaced. It was hard to get the soap dispensed because of soap buildup, I think. 5. I really think the house could benefit from putting retractable blinds on the outside second floor deck. The sun comes in so hard in the evening hours. If we could pull the shades down, we could enjoy things a lot more during that time of day. We do love that there are so many great beach chairs and umbrellas available for us to use. The beds are all very comfortable, and the outside shower is perfect. The pool table provides for a lot of added fun at the house. It’s so close to the beach access which is wonderful. A beautiful property indeed!

Great get-away

Beautiful home with various patios - close to the beach - a delight to stay in. The home has amble towels, pillows,, sheets, beach toys and surfboards. We loved the well stocked kitchen and the updated bathroom and sinks. The agent is quick to respond to all questions. Fabulous.

Beautiful vacation home

This was our 2nd year staying at this house. It’s the perfect get away for our group of 12 moms. Comfortable beds, plenty of supplies and gorgeous view. We did have a plumbing issue this time but the owners were very responsive and got someone out quickly.

Magical Weekend

This rental has amazing amenities, everything you could need in the kitchen. The surfboards were a blast, the hottub awesome, and the location perfect! We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at sunset with the family.

Labor Day Weekend Getaway

We had a fantastic family weekend at this house. It worked great for our family, was clean, well appointed, and had everything we needed. The hot tub was an added bonus and very well maintained. We enjoyed the pool table and the covered deck immensely.

Girls Trip 2023

The house was amazing. Very clean and spacious. We really didn't have to bring any outdoor items or beach towels. They supplied everything. I don't think there was anything missing that you would have needed to go to the beach. The kitchen had plenty of appliances, and pots pans etc. We definitely had a wonderful time and would HIGHLY recommend this house to anyone. Thank you for a wonderful time!
