“Super cute house perfectly situated in town and close to NSU which was the reason for our stay. Nicely decorated to make it a cozy stay. Will definitely plan to stay again, if our daughter decides to commit to NSU as a future Lady Riverhawk. A small suggestion would be to supply re-usable plastic containers for leftover food to be stored in fridge to have for next day, and maybe a sm/med sauce pot. Everything else you would need for a basic stay is available.”

“If you are looking for a remote getaway, this is the property for you. It's a beautiful, clean home with everything you need to prepare meals. The view of the river is lovely and we saw deer, rabbits, and even a bald eagle. However, be aware that the last 20 minutes of the drive is on gravel roads. The only disappointment was that there was no river access, so we had to leave the property each day and drive 30-40 minutes to a public access location. We had hoped to swim and fish at the property...

“The house is very convenient to Walmart HQ and the airport. It’s a bit of a drive to Bentonville. It’s a nice, comfortable place, not fancy by any means. I really appreciated having our dog with us. That’s a big plus! The host was super responsive to messages, texts, and calls.”

“Beautiful surroundings, location close to everything, nice size house that had been updated. The yard was big and our dog had plenty of room to run and play. Our only negative was finding out at check-in that the management group did not allow a dog to be left unattended in the yard (in case it would bark) or in the house unless it was kenneled. We had to change our family plans to accommodate this because we do not kennel our dog and we had hoped to leave her outside for short amounts of time...

“We booked this property for our daughter’s graduation. We had family from MO, MS, TN and TX. This house was perfect for our big group. It’s HUGE! The kitchen was nice and large with everything you would possibly need. Two living rooms and the outdoor space (which was our favorite) had plenty of seating for talking or playing games.
