What a lovely spot! The host had a bottle of wine and chocolates out, as well as a fire's-worth of wood in a pail with fire starters in it. The kitchen was far more equipt than I expected! I brought my cats that settled in quickly and loved the spot as much as I did!! I'd definitely go back! The WiFi was perfect for my needs with no interruption. Only non-5 star element was the area/location. There is not a ton to do in the immediate area, but the Dells was a quick 30 min drive south. The immediate neighborhood appears to be a mix of cabins, mobile homes, high end new homes, and some RVs set up on plots. Overall, great experience and I'd absolutely book if you are looking to truly get away.

Holiday reunion

This was an amazing property. The host was accommodating and responsive to all of our needs. The cabin was great. We also hooked up a camper on the property and the utilities were wonderful. Super time and memories!!!

Weekend Get Away

Beautiful House

My family stayed here for several days and we loved the house. Exceptionally clean and the host was so friendly! She checked up on us to make sure we we having a great time. We plan on staying here again & highly recommend.

Great weekend getaway

My family of 5 stayed here for a quick weekend getaway and had a wonderful time. The property is clean, comfortable and well stocked to enjoy time staying in the house. Extremely quiet neighborhood and was easy to find with GPS. I would stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Time to reconnect

Our family needed time to just slow down and reconnect. The cabin was a great place to do that. We were able to get to the Dells easily for a day and go to Devils lake park for day and then just have some quiet time as a family. A little more people around than we were expecting but nobody was loud so it was fine. It was a frat place to laugh, play games, table was great for a puzzle!

Lovely

This cabin is beautiful and cozy. A lot of amenities. Very clean. We loved that the cabin was close to Castle Rock. The sunsets were incredible. Our family enjoyed evening fires, games, movies. Local bars and restaurants were great. We did a lot of sightseeing. Rode the UTV in the sand trails and visited The House on the Rock in Spring Green.

Definitely coming back

Exactly as we expected from the description of this property. Clean, modern, comfortable, had everything you could think of just like home. Very quite surroundings with an awesome fire pit in a wooded yard. Close to a nice sandy beach with volleyball net and a pier on Castle Rock Lake. Dellwood Bar had fantastic Friday night fish fry 1/2 mile away. Owners were quick to respond and very helpful. Cant want to go back.

Great cabin!!

This cabin is absolutely lovely! We had a wonderful stay, and Halina and Greg are fantastic hosts who went above and beyond to make our trip relaxing and enjoyable. Super clean with all the right amenities to relax and unwind in the north woods. Location is scenic and close to supper clubs to relax and beautiful trails to enjoy Castle Rock.

No contact information for Owner - only 1 key

The property itself was very nice. However, we only had 1 key in the lock-box. When unloading our bags, the front door shut and was locked with the key inside the house. We had NO contact information for the owner. Found a very friendly neighbor who let us borrow her hot spot so we can internet connection to call the 800# at VRBO to only sit on hold for well over an hour to be hung up on. Ended up having to call a locksmith which was another hour later before having the door unlocked. We arrived at 4:30 and never occupied the rental until well after 9:30! Extremely frustrating!

Nice house, location so so

The cabin is new and nice. The lot still has the old trailer behind the house and a security light that keeps the manicured portion of the lot in light at night. The cabin is in an older lake community that is still a majority of trailers. Be prepared for a remote experience and you will love the cabin. Inside the cabin we loved the great room and the kitchen met all our needs. Overall we enjoyed our time here.

Great Long Weekend Cabin

Everything about the cabin was great! There were 6 of us guys staying here for 3 nights and we had the right amount of space, all the amenities we needed, and our host gave the support, but space, we needed to make it a perfect trip!

Good family vacation.

Overall our family enjoyed our stay and had a good vacation. Halina was very responsive when we needed to contact her. The cabin was clean and the amenities (kitchen appliances, utensils, furniture, etc) were well maintained. The pictures were accurate, but the size was smaller than expected. The deck is very nice, but we were unable to fully enjoy it due to carpenter ants.

Summer weekend family getaway

House was very nice, but photos are a bit misleading as to the size of the main living area. Neighborhood seems very neglected and not appealing. Enjoyed spending time with my family but not the beach or the backyard. Short drive to Roche-a- Cri state park, which was great! kids enjoyed the hike!
