• The interior has an open-plan studio layout with no enclosed bedroom. The private bathroom is the only separate interior room.
• Guests have exclusive use of the cottage, private patio and fully fenced backyard during booked stays. The host may access the outdoor area only when reasonably necessary for maintenance, guest assistance or an emergency.
• Guest entry and the dedicated parking space are accessed from the alley behind the property.
• The original clawfoot tub requires stepping over a high side and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
• The cottage is cooled by a window air-conditioning unit, ceiling fan and portable fans. Central heat is provided.
• The sofa is for seating and is not a sleeper sofa. An air mattress is available upon advance request.
• Dogs are permitted subject to the listing’s pet rules, limits and VRBO pet-fee settings. All pets must be included on the reservation.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the cottage but permitted in the designated outdoor area.
